Good looking pricey hotel in calm place close to center

Public parking is near hotel entrance. Aldi shop is two minutes away. Hotel is new, room was spacious.

When i checked in, papers for me were not printed, assistant called someone and then it was sorted out. But it looked suspicious and took some time. Room was not cleaned during two nights stay. There is a sign which you intended to use to ask for it explicitly I guess, but it does not look fair for the price 200$\night.

best hotel ever! very clean, luxurious feeling, bright rooms, great location, good value for money, good breakfast. Staff was helpful and helped me to print trin tickets for example. Location was good near the main street and train station

there was quite a lot of light coming from between the curtains and the wall, so woke up quite early

Astonishing, but i missed bacon to my eggs. Only downside

The hair-dryer in the bathroom was broken. The water-boiler worked, but barely. No good movie-channels on TV for an international public, only english news. If the equipment of the rooms were inventoried, the hotel would be outstanding

Nice hotel with parking and close distance to “molo” and restaurants.

The breakfast choice is poor for the price you pay, no choice of plant base milk and vegan options. I think you should more variety of food. I found hair under the sink and in the shower.

The hotel was simply amazing, from the check-in, all the way to the cleanliness of the room and the hotel's facilities. I will certainly choose it again, when travelling to Sopot. Plus, it's also very close to the Monte Carlo street, which has all the main shops and restaurants.

The biggest issue with the hotel was that the hotel staff placed a family with a possessed little dog right at the start of the corridor, which meant that when the not-so-thoughtful family left for breakfast in the morning, the little possessed dog barked continuously from 8AM for a solid 1.5h, after which we went to complain to the reception. Whilst I understand the hotel's policy of allowing animals, families with poorly trained dogs should be given hotel rooms that are ideally a bit more excluded because otherwise, what's meant to be a relaxed hotel stay quickly turns into a hotel stay from hell. The hotel reception reacted promptly when we complained to them about it, but the reception staff did hear the barking but they only did something about it, when we complained (since I could well hear the barking when I walked to the reception). A more proactive approach on their side would have been appreciated – if I have to complain, then that usually means that the situation got out of hand.

It was in a good location if you wish to be just away from the main strip .The Hotel was modern and adequate for a three night weekend get away to Sopot but having been a few times before and I will say that I preferred other hotels in the area of a similar price bracket.

Arrived on the day of the first snow of winter and our room was not heated . The room had one large radiator in the corner that I needed to turn on/up and then the room took at least a day to get to a decent ambient temperature. Surely the staff should have had the foresight to switch up the heating before arrival and not leave it to the guests ? Breakfast was included in our stay but I will say that having stayed in many Hotels in Poland this one was at best average, in fact the Fresh Orange juice was definitely the most watered down I have ever had ! ,Could do better with a little bit more attention to detail .So definitely being generous it was (at best) a 7/10 .
