I love the location, amazing breakfast buffet and all the facilities in place. The fact that it’s right by the beach with a great walking/ bike riding pathway to Sopot means that one can get away from cars and streets.
Although it has been upgraded a lot lately, the beds could use an over mattress or something to make them more comfortable. Also, the pillows are not as comfortable as they should be.

It was very clean near the beach most staff were helpful and friendly
In an email was told we could get our room at 1pm for extra charge was happy with this but arriving at 12.30pm was told this was not possible very annoyed at this as we had been up sine 5and travelling all morning staff were not very helpful when I showed them a email from the hotel and I was told this was not always possible even though the email stated it was confirmed

Playroom for the kids, located close to the beach, perfect swimmingpool for the kids and a well equipped gym. Room was comfortable and great size for us. Resort style so you can easily stay here for 2-3 nights with kids and you'll have activities close by. Breakfast was great!
The restaurant is overpriced and do yourself a favor and steer away from that food, it was unfortunately very bad. Breakfast was great, the lunch was cooked by someone that lacked time, energy and love for food.

The breakfast was ok , good choice of food apart from paststries as they was unfreshed
I like the customer services at the reception. The young receptionists have welcomed us in very friendly manner. They had a good vibes too. Also the olrder receptionists were very helpful and nice.
There was one lady working in the restaurant, that clearly she wasn't happy that she needs to work. She was rude to the other customers. Food at the restaurant was disgusting and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
