Definitely glad we booked

The location. We wanted to be near the train station and couldn't have picked anywhere better for this. We had a corner room with plenty of space and the room was spotlessly clean. Good pillows, comfortable bed and good heating which was important for December. Complimentary tea and coffee. Plenty of space in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and check in/out was quick and easy. The hotel had shops nearby and only around a 20 minute walk to get to Deutsches Eck and the Cable Car which was where we wanted to be.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, we wish we had the time to use the restaurant/bar. Next time!!!

Quaint room, on smaller size. Location to public transit was perfect. Hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast was included and adequate. Staff was very helpful. Night desk clerk even stepped outside to help us decide where to park. Location was good for walking to Christmas markets and bus station.

No was cloths for bathing. Parking was difficult driving a RAV4. Street parking can be difficult for a mid sized vehicle.

Great big room 2 min from main train station but quiet

Locatiin was perfect, 2 min walk from the main train station but it is very quiet. Room is big, bed comfy, bathroom big, complementary water and coffe. I asked for slippers at the reception and they brought me after 5 min. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety and fresh fruits, nice coffee. All was perfect. Walking dostance from city center in 10 min. Highly reccomend.

Everything- location was great near the train and just a short walk from city center. Staff were friendly and the room was modern and well equipped.

The room was enormous, the staff friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast excellent and the evening meal in the Mondrian Restaurant was lovely. We had a very positive experience at this.

Nice business accommodation

Within walking distance from the city center and train station, but far enough to not be annoyed by the trains. Building is old but very well renovated with lift and nice modern rooms. Staff is kind and replying super quickly.

Do I really need to find something? OK... Breakfast has a bit less choices than in other similar hotels and no cappuccino machine. But everything was still very good!

Perfect for the train station and a short walk to good restaurants and bars.

Liked the location; very helpful and friendly staff. Clean bedroom and bathroom. We didn’t eat or drink at the bar and restaurant but it’s interior looked very good and there were always customers in there so obviously popular. Good sized triple room.

Pull out bed a little hard. Room was a bit hot and no air con but there were fans provided and the windows opened fully with fully fitted insect screens so if you are on the upper floors they could be left open in the night.

The hotel was easy to find and plenty of parking at the train station. Our room was bug enough for 4 of us and it was great to be able to have a bath.

It was a no smoking room, but still smelt a bit. The breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was.

I was surprised that there is no kettle, cups and cutlery in the room, considering the cost of the stay per night I paid, I was expecting something complementary compared to hotels I have stayed with.

The front desk were great and super easy check-in . Beautiful hotel with a great location cross the road from the train station . they do have a great restaurant but a bit overpriced .

I wish if they had a fridge and a coffee maker or a water boiler .
