Except the bathroom problem the stay was very good

Room was basic but well appointed. Restaurant was excellent if on the pricy side. I did see a Michelin one star sign somewhere so maybe not surprising.

Hidden gem in Koblenz

Great location for Koblenz centre reached by a scenic walk along the Moselle. Secure parking and very friendly and helpful staff. Really lovely room

No fridge and air conditioning unit too loud to use at night.

Nice and quiet place

The most i like people, who worked there. We has quite a few non standard request and questions and the enthusiastically completed them all. Thanks again. Rooms very clean, good beds, ventilator over helped in worm night. Very good breakfast.

A great spot and lovely city, bar the smoking.

When we returned for a drink in the bar after our night out people were smoking in the bar which caused us to leave. I thought Germany was like the UK where smoking inside was not allowed but this doesn't appear to be the case. There were a group of four of which 3 were smoking, one chain smoking. If this is allowed in this hotel then other guests should be made aware.

Clean, comfortable and accommodating

The lady who greeted me at reception was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and we had the first decent night's sleep of our trip here, as well as a lovely traditional breakfast the following morning. The parking was really convenient and we were offered to continue using the space after we had checked out, if we wanted to, while visiting the town. The location is really good, because it is quiet, although a little way away from the center it was easily reached and a pleasant (30 mins) walk by the Mosul to get to nearby attractions.

Great stop over.

Room was compact but had everything i needed except aircon so with the window closed it was quite warm. With the window open you could hear the road noise. The hotel was easy to find and about a 20 minute walk into the centre. Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and attentive.

Perfect short stay with an unforgettable dinner experience

small and cozy room, you basically have everything you need for 1 night stay👍 I have to mention that hotel restaurant is phenomenal and I highly recommend it! The staff was extremely friendly and we were late for the dinner but everything was still served perfectly in the beautiful garden!

Great place to stay

Very welcoming receptionist, other staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant. We enjoyed the lovely area outside with a glass of wine in the evening and a coffee in the morning. We would highly recommend this hotel.

There is nothing to complain about or not like. It is fabulous.

Nice friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very lovely. Location was good. 1.6k walk into Altstad which is very do-able.

Need to book table for dinner and would liked to have that information available in the room. No other resturants nearby. Was a kebab shop down the road so got a takeaway and sat down by the river, so all in all still had a good night.

Inner room to stow our bicycles for the night. Walking distance to the city.

Busy road at the front which means that you can't open your window if you have a front room. We got a quieter room after some insistence. Breakfast was okay but nothing fancy. The staff was quarreling amongst themselves.

Nice winter garden as well as bar. Great outside garden for evening dinner.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. We found hair from previous guests or the cleaning lady. Staff wasn’t friendly as you’d expect. Walls were paper thin in the building that our room was at. Little value for money.

La chambre est cosy, mignonne et aménagée avec goût. C'est très propre et on s'y sent bien. Quand je suis arrivée, la réception était fermée mais j'ai reçu par téléphone toutes les informations pratiques pour accéder à ma chambre. En période de marché de Noël, le prix est très correct et la distance du centre ville est raisonnable tout en permettant une petite balade en bord de Moselle 👌🏼

Je regrette de n'avoir pas pris le temps de prendre le petit déjeuner qui avait l'air vraiment bien!

Schade, der Aufenthalt war eine Enttäuschung.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Schöner Blick auf die Mosel.

Zimmer auf der 4. Etage (Altbau), kein Aufzug. Keine Hilfe beim Gepäck. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein. Preis-Leistung nicht stimmig.

Albergo molto bello, ottima colazione per ca 15 euro, camera molto spaziosa con letti enormi e molto comodi, parcheggio privato dell'albergo disponibile.

Nel complesso l'albergo mi ha soddisfatto, la posizione è forse un pò decentrata.

Hotel charmoso, quarto confortável, limpeza perfeita, ambiente muito agradável. Café da manhã muito bom

Fica do outro lado do Rio Mosel, em relação ao centro histórico de Koblenz, o que dá uma bela caminhada de uns vinte e cinco minutos. A recepção auxilia imediatamente se você precisar transporte. O restaurante, com uma estrela Michelin, estava fechado no sábado à noite.

Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Koblenz würde ich das Hotel wieder wählen.

Einzelzimmer mit genügen Platz, ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen, Top sauber und mit gutem Bett! Sehr ordentliches Frühstück (nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten). Besonders hervorzuheben: - Tolle ältere Gebäude mit Charme und einem phantastischem Innenhof. - Zum Hotel gehört ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit Außenbereich und einer hervorragender Küche.

Zu meinem Zimmer führte eine Treppe - ca. 80 Stufen - für mich aber kein echtes Hindernis.
