An experience living in a German apartment

Good location to the train station and city centre, coffee capsules available in the room, an experience living in a German apartment with window overlooking the street

Very uncomfortable bed (the mattress is too thin); the heater didn’t work well and the room is very cold at night. There’s no elevator to the room, and so we have to move our luggages up the stairs all the way to the 3rd floor.

good space , good for walking but not great road and noisy

it was a good spacious room but at the front on a main road and I wouldn't have been able to sleep well without noise cancelling buds.

also things like the loo flush which was very plastic kept breaking and the radiator thermostat

A fine place to stay, some confusion about parking and other arrangements but it was sorted out in the end.

The place was clean, easy self check-in, parking at the priory behind a gate (although there is not much space there and you need to specifically arrange that). Basic set of cookware and utensils, a large TV, good enough WiFi. Close to the city centre.

There was some confusion regarding the accommodation of three people despite the description on Booking stating it’s suitable for a group like this. I received no instructions about parking despite asking multiple times and had to call after arrival to sort everything out.

My husband is waiting for a knee operation so the walk over the bridge into the main town was a bit of a challenge for him, having said that it was good Exercise for him

There weren’t enough seats for a family to sit at the breakfast bar together.

For the price we paid it was disappointing.

Entrance area and corridors to rooms were good. Close to old town (15 mins stroll across the bridge). Shower was very good.

The double bed was small and looked like it had been hammered together by my children. The mattress was not comfortable. The room was not at the standard of the entrance and the corridors. The sockets in kitchen and hence the coffee machine did not work when we arrived, although while we out someone came to fix it (a blown fuse). Generally felt like it needed a good thorough clean. Expensive for the quality.

Really nice property, lovely decor

Good location, check-in, decor. Having a balcony was nice and could've stayed longer had we had the time. Nice little kitchenette.

Bathroom cleaning had been a little sloppy, small pile of hair in the corner. Had difficulty with TV, cable came lose and we couldn't get any channels in so ended up mirroring from mobiles.

Très beau séjour à Koblenz

La localisation a quelques minutes de marche des marchés de Noël. Stationnement disponible à peu de frais. Personnel répondus rapidement au problème de chauffage, en quelques minutes. La chambre était grande et très propre.

Il y avait une légère mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Mais rien de grave. Probablement un problème facile à régler.

Kurztrip Ehepaar zum Wandern

Wir hatten uns einen Kurzaufenthalt in Koblenz gegönnt, zum Wandern in der näheren Umgebung. Daher die Unterkunft in der Stadt: Uns hatte der Style der Einrichtung überzeugt, etwas jugendlich, modern, stylish. Es war alles da was wir brauchten, zumal wir ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Auch die Bettmatratze war super, nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart. Perfekt. Die Altstadt über die Brücke ist fussläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Es gab nicht wirklich was zu meckern! Alles gut!

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt 🥰

Die Lage war für uns super! Es war alles sauber, und alles da was wir brauchten. Mit dem Schlüssel hat alles super geklappt! Wir kommen auf jedenfall sehr gerne wieder!! Danke für diesen schönen Ort, mein Sohn war begeistert und meinte: „hier könnte ich grad einziehen!“

Es war nur ein Teller da, und eine Erklärung wie man den Fernsehen benutz wäre toll, ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden!

Estupendamente decorado, todo el espacio muy bien aprovechado y a un paso (para ser exactos, a un puente) del centro de la ciudad, una maravilla.

Ein toll gepflegtes Apartement. Top Lage 15 Min. in die Altstadt. Problemloser Zugang. Lediglich das Parken war eine Herausforderung durch die wenigen Plätze gemessen an der Nachfrage. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Skøn, velindrettet lejlighed. Let administration. Venlig imødekommenhed pr mail og telefon. Parkering i gården.

Det var dejligt varme dage, og lejligheden blev meget varm. Ventilatoren blev flittigt brugt. På sigt kunne I overveje at lave en hyggekrog i gårdhaven, så man kan sidde ude.

Bonita ciudad

El exterior es una casa grande en mantencion, entras con clave y esta todo arreglado , limpio y el apartamento asignado muy bien decorado y comodo. Tenía todo lo necesario. Parking dentro de la casa sin costo adicional. Cama bien pero ya no es necesario edredón es demasiado calor para usarlo. Sugiero dejar algo más liviano.

El barrio simple, sin nada donde poder comer, solo cruzando el puente hacia el centro antiguo o borde del río Mocela. Linda vista desde el puente un plus. Solo 10 minutos a pie al centro, 19hr todas las tiendas cerrando y pocos restaurantes abiertos, no hay mucha vida.

Buen sitio, pero puede haber mejores.

La habitación estaba muy cuidada, una decoración que la hacía cómoda a simple vista. Aunque el barrio donde estaba situado no era el centro. Estabas a 10 minutos de cruzar el río y plena ciudad.

No tener personal físico a quien dirigirte para mí y sido un impedimento. Por otro lado la ducha debía estar atascada, ya que no tragaba nada de agua. La ventilación del apartamento era bastante escasa.

Unterkunft riecht stark nach Rauch. Unprofessioneller Umgang mit Gästen. Lage der Unterkunft nicht schön.

Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Bereits beim Betreten fiel ein starker Rauchgeruch auf, der das Raumklima unzumutbar machte. Aufgrund der Bedingungen sah ich mich gezwungen, die Unterkunft noch am selben Tag zu verlassen und nicht dort zu übernachten. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war enttäuschend: Es gab keinerlei Einsicht oder Entgegenkommen – auch nicht auf den Vorschlag einer friedlichen Lösung hin. Eine Rückerstattung wurde strikt abgelehnt, sodass ich mein Geld letztlich verloren habe. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls alles andere als attraktiv, erinnert eher an ein Problemviertel. Zudem ist es sehr laut in dem Viertel und durch die Nachbarn, das Zimmer hat keine gute Schallisolierung. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis, das ich so nicht noch einmal machen möchte.

Appartement très propre, spacieux.

Surtout la difficulté pour se garer. Une demande initiale de pouvoir disposer d'une place de voiture payante, pourtant proposée lors de la réservation, n'a reçu aucune réponse. Équipement un peu limite dans la salle de bains (pour poser quelque chose ou pour suspendre). Éléments d'accueil pour trois nuits très spartiates (pas de thé et tout juste 3 capsules de café)

Die Lage ist gut. Man war schnell in der Stadt.

Der Balkon war sehr dreckig! Wenig Stauraum . Zu wenig Untersilien ( nur ein Topf usw.) Die Tür zum Bad schloss nicht dicht ab( großer Spalt zwischen Schiebetür und Wand) so dass man rein schauen konnte.

Ein Appartment zum Wohlfühlen!

Die Lage der Unterkunft relativ zentral (10 min zur Innenstadt). Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet mit einem tollen Bad. Die Fahrräder konnten wir im Hof anstellen.

Es gibt weiter keine negativen Anmerkungen, nur der Kühlschrank war etwas laut zwischendurch.

Es waren nur Badetücher aber keine Handtücher vorhanden, die Klodeckel quietscht, Koblenz Tips und Informationen Flayer war nicht auf die deutsche Sprache
