Good location close to the Altstadt. The room was very comfortable and quite big. Staff and facilities were great.

Really modern, clean and comfy hotel

The location was quite good, a short walk into the Altstadt area of the city and across the street from a shopping mall with a food court if that was something to interest you too.

When I arrived there was a long queue for check in but there was just one person on the reception and actually only space for one person to be there checking guests in. There was lots of comfy seating in the reception area but it took a good bit longer than it should have. I may have just arrived at a bad time.

Nice stay in beautiful region

For a budget break this is exactly what you want. All the basic facilities are there; you can eat there if you want to and the staff is very helpful. I can recommend this venue.

It’s good for a few nights

This hotel is clean and staff are very friendly.

The rooms are extreemly small even for the European hotels. It’s a little noisy at night cuz it’s in the middle of downtown.

Well located room for one night

Good location near the old town shops and cafes. Great views of the city. Comfy bed and nice new bathroom.

Nowhere to hang or store clothes in the room, apart from a couple of wall pegs. Room was a bit cramped. Charged 3 euros for a cup of tea but had to supply our own milk!

Excellent choice to stay over in a modern and centrally located hotel in Koblenz!

- The room with its modern comfort, big TV screen, large windows and free choice of the floor with a great view to the city. - Also, the bathroom with a large walk-in shower met my expectations. - You can expect a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed in absolute quietness (sound-proofed rooms). - Strong point: The friendly reception staff (especially Dominik) went out of their way to make a guest feel "at home"! - Another highlight was the very central location of the hotel, only a few steps away from shopping centers and the city's old town. Therefore, there is the option of choosing a bakery / café for your breakfast if you should not opt for the inhouse variant. - Value for money!

- The only short-coming worth mentioning was the lack of hotel-owned parking space for your car or motorbike - guests will have to divert to the close by mall's parking. - Bring your own mineral water bottles - a minor point.

Location: At ZentralPlats, it is closest place to live and walk to almost every tourist place in Koblenz, have good food and party. Every place is within 1km and located near shopping center.

Just a small hitch with hot water in bathroom that gets turned on with a switch. It’s too annoying.

We enjoyed our stay simply because of the location.

The location was perfect since all the sights were within walking distance.

Breakfast was very disorganized, especially on the weekend. There were not enough plates, glasses and food trays were often empty and you had to ask for items to be refilled. The room didn't have a closet, just a few clothes hangers next to the door. There were no drawers, just cubby holes, which was just plain weird.

Superb

The location is very convenient, on the way from the train station to the old town. The staff is really nice, our room was ready before checking in so we could drop off our belongings and rest a bit before exploring the city.

The cleaning lady was very eager to get in since early in the morning. Our sleeping in plans were interrupted three times! Don't forget to place the "do not disturb" sign on the door :P

Elevator needs servicing

Good location, near market and shopping. Short taxi to train station but walkable if you don’t have too much stuff and don’t mind a little hike. Room was clean and adequate. Nothing special.

Staff seemed kind of blasé about their jobs. The elevators would come and indicate up or down, but then travel in the opposite direction. Very poorly programmed lifts! No toiletries in bathroom. Good thing we had our own!

Perfect location for a 2 day visit to Koblenz.

Breakfast was veery good and they were able to give me some gluten free white bread rolls and some GF cereal. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Everything new and functioned well. They were happy to store our luggage the last day while we carried on sightseeing and before we caught the train.
