Centrally located and well-equipped, but let down by cleanliness, noise, and utility issues.
The room is big enough and has a Nespresso machine/washing machine. It's also located in central Koblenz. The bed is comfortable.
The floor was not clean. Hot water is only from the heater, so you need to plan ahead for having a shower. The outside door lock password didn't work all of a sudden, but after, like, more than 30 minutes of waiting, the issue was resolved. Due to central location and a busy street, it was loud at night and we couldn't sleep well (windows are not noise proof)

Nice design but heater broken, too small+hard bed, too soft pillows, 4th floor no elevator
The design of the flat, modern and small kitchen.
The heater didnt work in the room. It was freezing cold. The bed is 140 large luckily I was alone, for 2 its too small. The bed cover were not warm enough I had to sleep with my pullover. The bed was too hard and the pillows much too soft. I would love to request money retourn or partial.

Suited us well with a good location for four nights.
central location to the main shopping pedestrian-only street, yet quiet inside. Bus station for many buses a few minutes walk, which was outside the shopping mall.

Great Location This apartment is in a fantastic location, just a two-minute walk from the city center and the Old Town (Altstadt). You'll find plenty of shops and cafes right outside your door. The main railway station, the scenic promenade, and the castle (Schloss) are all a quick 10-minute walk away. Convenient and Well-Equipped All your daily needs are easily met with several supermarkets like Netto, Aldi, and REWE, along with other food stores, just a short walk from the apartment. The space itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a traveler might need, including coffee, tea, detergent, a kettle, and a fridge. Walk Everywhere With everything so close, there's no need to use public transportation or taxis. All the key tourist attractions and amenities are within easy walking distance.

Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location, tucked away where I felt safe. Sure it's a little loud, but it's the centre, what do you expect? And closing the windows blocks out most of the noise, so I slept like a log. I just have to thank the staff, I had a whole freak out over the door because it didn't open the way I expected. The owners were easy to contact and sent a guy out to help me. Thankyou so much for your professionalism, hospitality and kindness.
