Goid location for parking hire car

Location of hotel chosen for parking option and it was on the edge of the city, so really just a walk over the road into the city.

Not very clear parking instructions but reception staff were helpful.

A very convenient location for visiting old Koblenz

This hotel is literally across the road from the old part of Koblenz and about 50 meters from a multi-story car park. Although our room overlooked a busy road the sound proofing was excellent.

The location was great, within walking distance of the town centre and the Rhine. The staff were very helpful. They had secure parking for my bike in their car park.

Not good value for money if you’re traveling with a baby.

located at the city center.

I was traveling with our one year old daughter. she is used to sleep in a dark and quiet room. The hotel room was very bright. The sun blind was ineffective, it let through most of the light in the room. the curtains were not heavy enough to block the sunlight. Since we were there in the month of May, days were long. The little one couldn’t sleep until it was dark . The room was small, after we spread the travel cot, there was hardly any space left in the room. When we checked in we could park at the underground parking garage in the hotel. Later that day we took the car out to visit a fort just outside town. Upon returning after a couple of hours, we found that the garage was full. Hotel staff only said ‘sorry, but we can’t help’. Luckily I found a space in a garage 500 meters away.. People who travel with their children know how many bags one needs to carry for a baby. we needed to carry all the bags to the parking garage 500 meters away as the hotel didn’t have a short term parking to load unload either.

A clean, standard business hotel very near the Koblenz Altstadt

It is a fairly modern "standard" hotel typical for business travellers to larger cities, with practical facilities but little charm. It was good for a weekend stay.

The TV had a limited range of programmes and it took some time to understand the programming, but it wasn't a serious problem.

Convenient, but the staff could be more attentive.

The location right next to the old town was great, and a good price. The room was spacious and comfy.

Staff were absent from reception, both at check in and check out. I had to wait quite a long time (and there was no sign saying "back in a minute". The hotel also hosts events, which take place on the same floor as the rooms, so there was quite a lot of noise as people left in the evening, then glasses and plates and trolleys rattling as they cleaned up. Luckily finished before it got too late.

Perfect location. Central to all areas of interest. Really close to old city centre so you could always nip back quickly to get anything. Good value. Ticked all the boxes for a perfect stay.

They could at least put a small fridge and some complementary coffee and tea in the room, I travel A lot and have always enjoyed the above mentioned in even 3 star accommodation!
