don't rent a room with a rotten bathroom, no matter how full your Hotel is !!!

Breakfast was good

Bathroom was a disaster, no warm water neither in the evening, not in the morning Even the little amount of water from a cold shower did not evacuate, but accumulated in the shower. They new all this when we checked in, but did not say a word, we found it out over the evening and the night Promise to reserve a parking was not kept, and parking was full I want my money back, all if it

Location is great but the rooms are uncomfortable and not well maintained.

The location is great for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower head was leaking. There was no toilet roll holder. The TV was mounted on the wall too close to the bathroom door so every time you’d open the bathroom door, you would hit the TV with the door. The room wasn’t very clean or well-maintained. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, and the hand soap and shower soap containers were empty. It was just really not that good and we would definitely not go back.

Very well located, well-serviced hotel in a great part of town.

The hotel is central and ideally placed for the old town, the Deutsches Eck, the river and the cable car. The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed including comfy beds. There was a much-appreciated lift to the bedroom floors. The window opened, and we also noticed a fan provided for warmer nights. There was an big indoor bike room right beside reception with racks and charging points. Reception staff spoke good English. In the same building there is a steak restaurant which serves international food which had been recommended to us, but we ate and drank extremely well at the Winninger Weinstube - owned by a Mosel wine producer and (at last!) cooking German-based food in an innovative way to serve with his excellent wines. Notwithstanding that, we tucked into a good and varied hotel breakfast next day, served in the elegant first floor salon, and which was kept very efficiently topped up by the staff.

The room was pretty compact, and accordingly the bathroom had a sliding door, so did not fully seal off the from the bedroom: open the window or turn up your phone to give your room-mate some privacy. Otherwise everything was good.

Good location and breakfast, but parking, noise, and outdated rooms made the stay disappointing.

The hotel has a very central location, the room was spacious, and the breakfast offered a classic German spread with a good variety.

Parking: Very confusing process. We had to drive around a long time, collect a faulty access card, switch to a paper coupon, and still ended up paying €24 instead of the promised €15. Room comfort: The furniture was old, and the air conditioning did not work properly. We had to keep the window open. Noise: With the window open, the room was very noisy because of traffic on the main road outside. Service: Reception and staff were only average, not very helpful during the parking issues.

Nice hotel with a perfect location. Not modern and would probably soon have to be renovated. But clean and functional.

There is a lot of traffic during the night (at least weekends) and that could be disturbing.

Good hotel, good location I highly recommend

Breakfast was included and good. It was what we have come to expect from an European breakfast, lots of choices, different from those of a US restaurant. Much better than that included in most US hotel breakfasts. The location was good, near the attractions in Koblenz that one would like to visit. Koblenz isn't big so it is easy to walk where needed. The staff was very helpful. We had some problems regarding our car rental, and they were helpful in that.

The location for the old town was perfect. Helpful, friendly staff both on reception and serving at breakfast, which was also very good. Car parking was convenient and worked smoothly, even though not on the premises.

Lovely location in a historic hotel near the Old Town. Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, reasonable sized room with air-conditioning. The hotel had a lift. Garage parking close by.

Great place to stay in Koblenz, easy walk to anywhere.

Great little room in a cool old building. It was exactly as advertised so if you do not like old style hotels then this isn't for you. Bathroom was great and well appointed. Awesome breakfast.

I have zero complaints. If I had to pick one, common area was a bit small to sit and chat with friends.

Loud street noise, sleepless night

Location was walking distance from where KD boat dropped off and close to historic sights. Breakfast was good and staff serving breakfast was great.

Room was on street side near crosswalk. No soundproofing or it was ineffective. We could easily hear cars, pedestrians, and even the crosswalk signal. Being right on a busy bus route made it loud inside the room. Small bathroom. Toilet so close to wall that we had to sit on toilet at an angle. Room also next to door to the breakfast room so we could hear everyone walking/talking down hallway in the morning on their way to breakfast. Not enough of heavy curtains to cover windows—no blackout blinds. Asked to change room but was told hotel was sold out. Front desk provided ear plugs but ear plugs not effective enough to cover the sound. Recommend to request a room away from street and on a separate floor from breakfast room.

Pleasant.

After our stay in several unpersonal hotels in Germany, even sometimes with no staff at all , this was really an hotel as an hotel should be. With high hospitality , to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Parking: covered parking place is around the corner; to make use of a reduce rate you first have to pick up an entrance card for the P at the hotel. And when leaving the P you have to use the same card (аnd afterwards the card has to be brought back to the hotel.) The parking costs has to be paid at the hotel.
