very average stay .lovely looking Hotel,but room i need of updating.But in a very good location .

the location the Sauna ,and the gym.

bed mattresses. lumpy and old , not enogh pillows,poor sleep. The hotel and the bedroom was far too hot.Not able to reduce the heat other than by opening the windows. Also the buffet breakfast was extortionate ...33 Eur0s,so we went elsewhere.

Not impressive for a four stars hotel

If you get a room facing the river Rhine, the view is fantastic. I liked the fact that breakfast and checkout are until 12, so no rush in the mornings.

The bathroom looked quite outdated. Wifi was weak, actually couldn’t connect or have stable internet at all during the stay. Furniture in breakfast restaurant looked very old. Some staff members cleaning the tables looked unkempt and they seemed not to belong in a four stars hotel.

Nice accommodation, not so good reception staff.

The room was nice, very clean, lovely shower.

We didn’t find the reception staff particularly helpful. There’s no signage outside the hotel to indicate how to get to the old town or the river to catch boat trips. We don’t all use Google maps. We enquired with the receptionist how to find a particular restaurant was and we were told to go to the old town. Out the door, turn left, right or straight on? No map was offered. We took a taxi instead. Our second question at reception was how to walk to the KD ferry boats. It seemed the girl didn’t know what we were talking about. Again, a sign outside might have been helpful. There are two ferry pick up locations in Koblenz, one on the Rhine and one on the Mosel. We decided to go by taxi to make sure we went to the right one.

Beautiful view of Rhine River

Big, clean and comfortable room with beautiful view of the Rhine River. Staff were extremely helpful and sorted out our boarding pass printing. Breakfasts were tasty and hot with a chef cooking fresh egg dishes. Would recommend.

Nothing too bad to say, only that you couldn't gain access to the river path due to engineering works, but that is out of the hotels control.

Location ok

I asked that I can park my motorcycle in a closed place when book the room. I get a reply 2 days after arrival that I can. To late!?! When we arrived there at the Hotel they told us that we can not use the parking. It’s forbidden for motorcycles and we need to park outside the building. That’s not what I wanted, the reception man was not nice and willing to look for another solution. I booked this hotel because they advertise that they have parking. It’s the first time that I experienced like that at a hotel. This was very disappointing.

Excellent hotel, great location.

The rooms were excellent and with a great river view. The pillows, for guests not used to 'duvet' type pillows were not the best or most comfortable, but otherwise the beds were good & the room was excellent.

EUR 22.00 per person for breakfast is completely unreasonable! Outside the hotel EUR 22.95 bought breakfast for 4 persons including tea and coffee.

Central Hotel, a bit dated

Overall, everything was ok. Good location, 10 mins by foot to the “Deutsches Eck”.

The building is a bit dated already, and you can see it. Furniture in the room was ok, bathroom as well, but a bit dated. Everything worked though. All towels and bed ware had a little bit of a ‘bit so nice’ smell, hard to describe.
