Good Hotel. Needs improvement

Very comfortable. Very warm. Good breakfast. Good shower. Good linen. Good room tea selection

Only cash payments and no Wifi in the rooms in 2026. They say there's wifi but is an old router that if you don't reset every 10 minutes you get no connection. I wouod come back if they fix that

Loved it worth visiting

The staff were lovely bed was comfortable room was large shower was great a little away from the city but walkable 1.2 km to the river cruise which was lovey went to main on a train along the rhine nowhere to get a coffee in December was deserted but very beautiful cable car to the castle with the light show was worth every penny and we had soup and a wine in the restaurant at a very reasonable price Koblenz is with a visit

The hotel reception closes at 7 p.m., and because of airplane delay we would be arriving at approximately 9 p.m. We called the hotel and after explaining the situation we were told not to worry and once we arrived at the hotel to call a telephone number and they would open the front door for us. And it happened like that. Location is excellent and walking distance to the old city center. The room was spacious and clean. A good selection of european breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful. If we ever traveled to the city, we would again stay there.

Great location, very clean and spacious rooms with excellent shower. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff very helpful. Very good value for money.

The location was great, halfway been the main station and the old town. The room was spacious. The bathroom very modern. The WiFi worked well and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

It is a small, family-run hotel, charming and in a quiet area, close to the city centre. If you can disregard the noise from some pipes or a pump (I still haven't solved the mystery of the source of the noise) you can easily stay here for a while.

that noise I mentioned above; also, the sound insulation between the rooms is a bit poor. Guests should be told to turn the sound of the TV down after a certain time of night.

Cleaning team very noisy, vacuuming and cleaning from 8am in the morning and entered the room early morning. Couldn’t sleep late. Washed the marble staircase so we couldn’t even walk down for breakfast as it was slippery when wet. No elevator or alternative staircase.

Charming and welcoming hotel near centre of town. Spotlessly clean, good quality furnishings and bedding. Tea and coffee making facilities (on landing) and large bottle of sparkling water provided. Very nice breakfast with good choice.
