The staff were lovely bed was comfortable room was large shower was great a little away from the city but walkable 1.2 km to the river cruise which was lovey went to main on a train along the rhine nowhere to get a coffee in December was deserted but very beautiful cable car to the castle with the light show was worth every penny and we had soup and a wine in the restaurant at a very reasonable price Koblenz is with a visit

The hotel reception closes at 7 p.m., and because of airplane delay we would be arriving at approximately 9 p.m.
We called the hotel and after explaining the situation we were told not to worry and once we arrived at the hotel to call
a telephone number and they would open the front door for us. And it happened like that. Location is excellent and walking distance to the old city center. The room was spacious and clean. A good selection of european breakfast. Staff very pleasant and helpful. If we ever traveled to the city, we would again stay there.

Only cash payments and no Wifi in the rooms in 2026. They say there's wifi but is an old router that if you don't reset every 10 minutes you get no connection. I wouod come back if they fix that
