First stay in Koblenz. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff and the breakfast were exceptional. For the most part, the room was fairly quiet. It happened to be located right next to the elevator. So, there were times you could hear people having conversations as they waited for the elevator. However, the breakfast more than made up for that minor inconvenience. The hotel is located a short walk away from a local Thai restaurant (ate there twice), the mall, and the Altstadt and Christmas market. Again, I want to emphasize how great the staff and breakfast were. (Chef's kiss)

Two minor things: 1) The hotel is nestled between adjacent apartment buildings. During the Saturday evening, you could hear folks talking out on the balcony of one of the apartments and they were, apparently, smoking marijuana, as you could definitely hear the tell-tale "marijuana coughs" going on. What can you do, though? It's not the fault of the hotel... and the smoke didn't make its way into the room. 2) For my own sense of security, I didn't like that the parking site wasn't co-located with the hotel but it was a short walk away.

Good find hotel

Easy to find and able to drop off bags before moving our bikes to a secure garage. The lady on reception to greet us was delightful and so helpful. Comfortable large room and quiet.

Charming hotel with a convenient location and great value

We selected this property for our July stay because the hotel’s website indicated it has air conditioning and is just a 6-minute walk from Koblenz Hbf. However, we arrived during an unusually cold period, so we didn’t have the opportunity to test the air conditioning. The rooms were charming, and the breakfast room was lovely. The walk to the old town takes approximately 15 minutes, and it is a 6-minute walk to the train station. We enjoyed our stay will stay here again.

Quiet and comfortable. Good for bike tourers.

Large quiet carpeted room with sitting area overlooking the back garden and outdoor terrace. Helpful lady at reception on arrival. Good secure bike storage in separate garage 150m away from the hotel. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the breakfast room looked out over the garden. Large bathroom and big shower (a bit tricky to adjust the water temperature, but plenty of good hot water). Plenty of bench space to store our luggage and personal items. In-room safe and kettle. No fridge in room, but we were able to get a bottle of wine chilled in their own fridge downstairs. The receptionist even gave us 2 nice wine glasses to use when we went to pick up the chilled bottle later. Comfortable bed, with 2 pillows each (which is unusual in Europe).

Bit of a walk to Deutsches Eck, about 1.5km. Noise and cigarette smoke travels from the outdoor terrace to the room, but it was only occasionally that anyone used this area.

Perfect for exploring Koblenz and surroundings

The hotel is located in a quiet location, at about 8 mins walking distance from the main train station. The city center can also be reached on foot but you can also use the buses (I used the vrm app as google wasn't showing the bus connections). My section of the building didn't have an elevator but the nice lady at the reception helped me carry my luggage upstairs. The staff is very kind and helpful. My room was comfortable. It had a kettle (and some tea-bags/instant coffee) which was very good to have for me as I like to have warm water/tea on a cold day.

Some more toiletries (like body lotion, hair conditioner) would be very useful to have. The shower was good but I found that after 8:30 AM, the shower was giving out mostly cold/lukewarm water. In the evenings or earlier in the morning, it was working perfectly.

Nice place to stay in Koblenz

Great price, spacious room, clean, comfortable beds, and great airflow with the windows open. Very quiet. Paid parking one block down the road. Other reviews mention the parking is hard to find, so maybe this is why the hotel now gives you a clearly labeled map.

A little far (20 min walk) from the old town and Deutsches Eck but we knew this when booking. Shower door was leaky.

Wonderful stop over in Germany

Room was very clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked wonderful, hotel staff was very informative and friendly. Hotel provide luggage storage before check-in and after check out at no charge. Luggage left prior to check-in was left in our room upon arrival. Less then 10 minute walk from main station and about 15 min walk to main attractions along the water. Kolbenz should be enjoyed for a few days.

Nice room, good bathroom, separate toilet, comfortable bed, breakfast choices. Staff helped with good restaurant recommendation in old town. Outside seating at breakfast available. Would stay again next time in Koblenz.

Reception goes home 10pm, so hotel facilities are closed down. Just access to your room. Bike parking and car parking are up the street. Should have a fridge in the room.

It exceeded my expectations

The room is clean and cosy. It is much bigger than I expected for a 3 stars hotel. I got a room with a garden view, which is very nice. It seems the hotel has just been renovated, so the room looks very new. The staff is super friendly and supportive. Good location, just a few minutes to the train station and city centre.

The staff were amazing, both the person who checked us in and the woman in the morning. Also, they left the most adorable note for my partner because of his birthday. Thank you so much both 😊 The room was big and spotless, the bed comfortable and it was quiet. Recommended

The hotel does have an elevator, so the reviewer who complained about "no elevator" was either mistaken or the elevator has been added. Admittedly it is quite a small elevator, still it was adequate for my needs. The property's greatest strength was the reception staff, who were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome.

The room didn't have heavy curtains on the windows, just sheers. In the evening, with the lights on, it didn't feel entirely private.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy as was my bedroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast, which was lovely, fresh and good quality. The hotel staff even stayed late to let me in as my original flight was cancelled. Great service.

It was a disappointment. The website definitely makes it sound much better than the experience.

Generous cappuccinos.

Breakfast slightly disappointing. No pastries. No omelets. No Eggs Benedict. No breakfast sausage. No ham. No toaster. No waffles. No pancakes. No oatmeal. No cereal. No baked beans. No croissant. We actually finished our breakfast before our coffee arrived. Non - smoking is not a good description of this hotel. We smelled smoke everywhere. They refuse to make balconies or even windows non-smoking areas.

Fantastic and clean hotel with great staff

Fantastic hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We had a room with a balcony and the room and bathroom was huge! It was more like a suite. The cleanliness in the room was to a very high standard. The room was spotless, room had good Air conditioning also. Parking was reserved for our arrival at a good price considering your in a city centre. The area the hotel is in is nice and you are a short walk to the old town and around 20 min walk to the Deutsche Eck. We highly recommend this hotel and would most certainly stay again. 10/10
