First overnight trip to Koblenz

The location, staff, and building were amazing! We were lucky enough to get a room on the 4th floor and a private parking garage. I definitely felt like a VIP.

Check-in computer was a little slow, but staff worked through the challenge.

Great location and stay (except for the WLAN experience)

Location is wonderful - quiet, but very close to the train station and an easy walk to downtown shopping and dining. Our room was very spacious, and clean but did not face the river. Wonderful breakfast buffet while looking over the river in the breakfast room. Being so close to the river was very convenient for a great run/walk.

The WLAN was extremely slow and it was very difficult to get work done while connected to the hotel's WLAN.

Amazing - just what I needed !

The view from the room I had was fantastic and the small balcony was an unexpected bonus for some fresh air! The bedroom was large, and very clean! Breakfast and customer service was fantastic!

pleasant surprise

the personnel were very friendly and responded to our needs perfectly! due to booking.com problem we were given another room nearby but it was a perfect apartment very new very clean and spacy! with all facilities! (attached photo) only 10 min walk from center with nice view on the road really big double bed and very comfy mattress and pillows very quiet neighborhood there is parking area (safe) around hotel the hotel had really nice and warm decoration with cosy restaurant and view on the river (we can't say about breakfast we didn't take) many electrical sockets everywhere, nice coffee machine

when we entered it was cold (winter) and it took some time to warm but after was fine! some noise from the fridge during night no oneuse slippers for bathroom ..

A lovely, quiet, clean hotel on the banks of the Rhine.

Yet again I have been fortunate in my choice of accommodation. I cannot fault this hotel in any way, and it fully justifies the score of 10. I was very comfortable in my room for two nights, and look forward to a return here next time I am working in the area. The breakfast choice was excellent.

Quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood by the Rhine

Beautiful hotel right by the Rhine in a quiet residential area of Koblenz. We enjoyed walking next to the river and there was plenty of parking, though you do need to reserve it in advance and there is a fee. Breakfast was excellent, amazing croissants and finally some hot water (Germans seem more keen on coffee than tea). Our room was large and lovely, it was very quiet at night. If you want something closer to downtown, be aware that it took us about 25-30 minutes to walk to the Deutsches-Eck. However, those looking for a relaxed stay that is easy to get to with a car will enjoy!

A little gem of Koblenz

The hotel is located near to the river (in a quiet area) and we had a very nice spacious room with balcony with view to the river. The staff was efficient and friendly. The breakfast was sufficient and correct. We also liked that the hotel has a reputation to have several famous actors, actresses, other celebrities and writers as guests.

Friendly staff, good parking (pre-booked), nice balcony/bar area and close enough to walk along the river to the centre.

A delightful stopover - wish we could have stayed longer.

Location overlooking the Rhine only 700m from main station. Room 17 was very large with outside large balcony with sun lounge couch with view over the river.

Friendly, helpful staff, hotel is in a perfect location overlooking the Rhine yet still walkable from the train station and cable car to the fortress. Rooms are clean and modern, breakfast is good.

A very pleasant stay in a comfortable hotel in a good location next to the River Rhine.

Comfy bed, huge room! Very good value nice breakfast eaten with a view of the Rhine. A pleasant stay.

Lovely light room with lots of windows but these could do with proper curtains rather than just net type window coverings. There are apartments opposite. We changed in the bathroom after dark as it felt rather public!!

Nice cozy room with an outstanding view to the river. This hotel feels like you are at your own home. The breakfast was good. The people at the reception were really polite! Thank you! We will come back soon, I hope for another visit in beautiful Koblens!

Absolutely loved it.

Everything. The location is good, the hotel has an old fashioned charm, the staff is lovely. I had a great view from my room, the breakfast is great at a very good price. They have a safe place to store bicycles. Absolutely loved it. It also seems to have great accessibility, for people with limited mobility, which is very good.

I would stay here again if I were returning to Koblenz

close to train station and on the river. Good views. Good breakfast. Easy walk to old town. Good heat in the room. We arrived in the rain and our clothes were soaked by the time we returned to the hotel in the evening. we were able to dry everything in the several radiators in the room.
