We had a magical time in Koblenz and we are counting down the days until we can go back.

The room was amazing. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking breakfast. The food was fantastic. A great range to choose from and most importantly the coffee was fantastic. There is even a lovely bar with a great atmosphere. The restaurant was full every night with local residents, which shows the value of the establishment. We cannot wait to go back. The town itself is full of activities to do. The view from the hotel room was picturesque.

Lovely Hotel in a small town near Koblenz. Nice big room ideal for a stopover or longer. Parking at the rear through a garage door to the right of the hotel. A few steps to get into reception but a lift to all floors. There is a restaurant and bar at the hotel but it is closed on Fridays. Nice little pizzeria nearby (serves only nonalcoholic drinks) but there is a bar called Herbys close by (both these places only take cash). The breakfast was good, continental style, and overall a nice hotel.

No A/C in the hotel and to be honest it was really hot and uncomfortable night. Large step out of shower which could cause a problem for anyone really as slippery floor could hinder you getting out. No tea/coffee facilities in room and no water either. No welcome pack for information.

Very quaint and in the middle of an older part of town. Within walking distance of local grocery stores and you could hear the church bells. Also had a great breakfast

I booked a single room with bathroom inside but the shared toilet was not so clean. Was disappointed with Wifi, too bad. Couldn’t use it at all though I had tons to do with the internet that day.

In summer the room is terribly stuffy and hot. Booking took money from my card for the room. Despite this, the hotel demanded to pay for the room upon check out. On my objections and requests to check, the hotel employee did not look anywhere and simply asked to pay. I paid and demanded the money back from the Booking. It turned out that the hotel still received payment ... twice. Two weeks later, I managed to get my money back, paying the bank a fee for returning my own money. If you choose, choose another hotel, closer to the center.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. Its very clean, comfortable and has a good restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its a great base for cycling the Mosel. The hotel provides secure storage for bikes

I have stayed at this hotel many times, its a comfortable clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It has a good restaurant. I use this hotel as a base for cycling on the Mosel. It also is good value for money

Comfortable and recommended for short stays

The room was quiet and match the pictures used for advertising it. The furniture was confrontable and the location, although a bit far from town, was easy to reach by rail.

The check-in was difficult, I had to wait more than half an hour past the time of check-in. Also nobody pick up the phone when I call the Hotel.

Amazing view from the bedroom!

Wifi was lost the second day. Breakfast was simple. We were not allowed to leave our luggage a couple of hours after checking out to walk around more comfortable.

Lovely stay

I loved the location, very close to where I had to go, the bed was super comfortable and the room clean. For me personally it was a little loud, maybe because it was right at the stairs so if you prefer a quiet room try asking for one that it is not right to the stairs and you will have a lovely stay.

Great for wine lovers and bicyclists

There are a lot of vineyards around and the greatest places for wine tasting. It's a little outside the city so close to nature. For biking perfect.
