Good budget hotel in Koblenz

Clean updated property. Next to train and bus station but there is peace and quiet in the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Plenty of bakeries and coffee shops nearby so we did not tried the hotel breakfast. About a 15-20 min walk to downtown Koblenz.

Nothing. All was as expected. We selected this hotel close to train station to visit different towns in the Mosel and Rhine. If you plan to visit towns by boat, stay in the center. Boats depart Koblenz at 9am.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff, just a pity of the warm rooms.

- Clean rooms. - Visibly a fairly new hotel. - Parking access from the hotel. - Friendly staff who were happy to help. - Excellent location with a supermarket close by and the bus and train station right nextby. - There was lotion, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner by default in the bathroom. All of good quality. - Surprisingly, good Wi-Fi (even when the hotel was fully booked!). - Very large safe which can easily accommodate large objects (including laptops!). - Large and good tv. (Unfortunately with almost exclusively only German channel). - Very quiet rooms.

- Airco is centrally adjusted, which wasn't sufficient during the warm nights. The room wasn't cool when we returned from a long day of walking in the heat outside (The rest of the hotel wasn't that cool either). - No refrigerator. - No water heater (and thus no complimentary teas or anything). - No glasses of any kind. - Little room to put any of your own stuff in the (bath)room.

Friendly staff upon arrival. Close to train station. A clean modern room.

Room had a small window. No fridge, jug, tea/coffee making facilities, drinking glasses/cups. Coffee machine would have been very welcome!

Convenient location for short transit stay and treats cyclists well.

Fine breakfast in good new modern hotel with an eye for sustainability. Rooms fresh and clean with comfortable beds. Super helpful staff. Our bicycles were safely stored at night in dedicated secured and covered space.

We were in day 3 of an internet outage that hotel was having trouble fixing. A few service items were missing in room, such as glasses for water. A bit expensive in the « value for money » category.

Great location, across the main train station

The hotel is nice, modern and clean, just across the main train station. Although it is not in the city centre, there are some shops and restaurants nearby as well as a taxi stand, so it's convenient for travellers. The staff members are polite and professional, all very helpful.

The only reason I didn't rate it 10/10 is that there was no phone in the room, so I couldn't call the reception. I don't remember ever staying in a hotel room with no phone.

Very close to railway station which was very handy. A nice local pub we visited served us an excellent meal. Breakfast in the hotel was reasonably priced and good.

The room I stayed in was exceptional - it was spacious, well-lit, and had a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I was impressed by how immaculate the hotel was, from the lobby to my room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making for a perfect start to my day.

While overall it was a pleasant experience, I did encounter a couple of issues that I wanted to bring to your attention. Firstly, there was some noise disturbance on one of the nights. It would be great if there were ways to minimize noise levels to ensure that all guests can have a peaceful stay. Secondly, I noticed that there were no electric car charging stations available in the hotel garage. As someone who travels frequently in an electric vehicle, this was a bit of an inconvenience. It would be wonderful if you could consider installing charging stations to accommodate the growing number of eco-friendly travelers.

The location within a short walking distance of the railway station. We were travelling by train for the first time. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.

The room was quite small but adequate for our 2 night stay. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Have been staying here 6+ times in total over the course of 2-3 years. Location is good, as long as you don't open a window in summer when your room is located to the bus station; then it can be loud.

Breakfast EUR 16; You can get a lot more/better at a local cafe or bakery shop. Rooms are at the small side. To be honest, I stayed here only as Sander Hotel was booked ay my dates; GHotel is a second choice for me..

the facility is quite convenient for my purposes

the hotel charged me additional 50 euros supposedly for a superior room which in fact had nothing superior about above any of the other rooms actually I stayed in the same room before as a normal room. although I was a regular in this hotel such an action gave me a great disappointment about the hotel and the way they deal with there guests
