We enjoyed our stay in Koblenz but the hotel was not good value for money.

The lady who greeted us and run the bar was excellent, always pleasant and responded to my poor German in German and did not automatically reply in english. She was also helpful in telling us where to go, proving a very useful street map. The breakfast was also excellent a good variety and lots to eat. There was a helpful member of staff on duty at all times. The room was very clean

The position of the hotel was not that great. The hotel itself look very "tired", our room was on the top floor and not very large. For the price we paid I would have expected something better. The biggest disappointment was the fact the restaurant was not operating due to lack of staff, a situation that had been issue for some time. Remember this was Easter Weekend. Locally nothing was open, we ended up eating McDonalds burgers in our room.

Perfect stay and kind attention to needs, thanks

The employees were very helpful an kind. Their is a bar and restaurant. It look like a authentic hotel from the past which was great experience. And it has all comforts of current needs. Enough parking and supermarkets nearby. Special attention for our 1 year old baby which was wonderful (wunderbar)!

The furniture and bathroom are a bit outdated but all functioned fine and was clean. Extra sheets for the babybed next time. Thanks

Simple, clean rooms, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Our room at the back was very quiet.

Lack of air conditioning meant it was very hot at night (it was 30 degrees in Koblenz during our stay), but the fan in the room helped us sleep.

Great personal and good service .

The location is wonderful , Rewe and aldi is just next door . Bed are comfortable and room is warm , feels like home . I have to check in a bit later and called to confirm with the hotel personal , they have waited for me . Great service !
