Worst Stat ever. Poor heating facilities, at the night you have to sleep wearing a sweater. When we complained, they provided one extra heater, which didn't work. Moreover, on the second day of our stay, the kitchen stove didn't work, so we were unable to cook and eat anything, not even our breakfast. Freeze was not working at all. There were not enough blankets, towels and soap; we had to ask for them. The corridor was too cold as the heater didn't work. There was no one on the property; you have to communicate with them only through messages on Booking.com. No shutters, light curtains, so you will be awake by daylight in the morning, windows are not tight enough and soundproof, so the whole night you cannot sleep for the street noises. As the freezer didn't work, my father's diabetes medicine got damaged. For a family room, the bathroom is too small, its even difficult to move in the bathroom. We took another single room also but the hot water was also not working properly. Don't stay here.
Only the location.

Location is good, clear communication about the apartment access.
Apartment is well equipped with home appliances.
After staying in my room i feel scammed. The room is ugly and looks more like an old student dorm. All furniture is old and squeaky, bedding looks like someone's grandma pulled it out of her closet. Cracks and bleached paintings on the walls.

The room size was big and was close to the city center.
The bar next door was extremely loud. The music never stopped and would still be playing when I went to work at 6am.

Smart, clean, neat.
The noise at night was a problem. If you're in Koblenz for the clubbing, this might well be the place for you. But it was not for us. Loud music (if you can call it that - showing my age here!) , revving engines and car horns until 4am Friday into Saturday morning kept us awake.

The location was great--situated at the edge of the Altstadt. The rooms were clean and comfortable too.
The reason I am giving this hotel only a five rating overall is because of the street noise--especially in my room on the ground floor. I was woken up several times overnight (Saturday night) as a result. The hotel did give you earplugs, but I chose not to use them, and I paid the price.

Very nice designed room with partly view over Rhein! Nice beds and kitchen with refridgerator. Lot of space in the room with sofa, desk and breakfast table with chairs. Easy access to room and building with a code that was sent 1-2 days before arrival. Access to bicycle room.
The traffic was loud during Friday and Saturday nights but better Sunday night. It was not possible to have the window opened during night because of traffic. Otherwise quiet in the appartment.

Excellent location, very clean, and self check-in with a code was simple and convenient at any time. The room was well-equipped and tidy. The bathroom was quite small, but clean and functional.

It was very easy to find, you enter with a code, good location
The rooms are very decorated, quite cheesy which is not my taste.the room was rather dark I think to give an 'oriental' flair.

The reddish "Marrakesh" room is marvelous. The hotel is located in the "Altstad" (the old city) and you are 50 meters and stairs away from the river Rhine. Around the corner there are several places for "Fruhstuck" (breakfast) [They open at 0900 or later (!), and do make a reservation]
City noise in the room. The red shower towels are small.

location, very central; high ceiling in the rooms
I chose this property mostly because it had a bicycle storage room. After arrival it turned out that the bicycle storage was not accessible due to a failure in the system of the access codes. We had to take one of the bikes to our room and attach the other one to the radiator in the corridor. The code system for check-in did not work correctly ( it was also a problem of one other guest staying like us at the entrance gate and calling the helpline). The room is located in the middle of old town, so particularly at the weekend you need to be prepared to listen to the party all night (if you want to open the window in your room). The unnecessary items (trying to imitate art works) are taking a lot of space in the room.

the rooms were huge, and the themes made our stay a bit fun. Excellent location and the communication with management was the best - so responsive!

Basic but clean accommodation. would be good for family with young children. Had little kitchenette which was helpful. It is well located near river (Mosel side) and shops.
The check-in instructions were poor. travelling from Australia we are not used to having to do a second online checkin prior to arriving. Internet access was poor inside so we had to stand out in the street and try and connect and work through check-in. Once done we received 2 codes and an instruction that opened the door but no instruction on how to open our room. We attempted entry at the same time as another couple who had the same problem. I think the whole check-in procedure/instruction should be reviewed and maybe think about it from a travellers perspective. I didnt like having to 'check out' too/ logging in again. Seems this too is put onto the customer.

Bath room was a bit cramped due to poor design.

We liked the pin system of the hotel for check in and location was exceptional unless you do mind the noise since it’s in the bar area. Luggage area thou use is at your own risk at least option is there. Hotel hallways area feels clean and security camera in the entrance.
The feel of uncleanliness of the room especially the beddings. The big size pillows but no feel of having the pillows. The carpets, unnecessary furnitures that makes the room so crowded. No washer available in the hotel for common use. Money spent is not justified. The concept of rooms makes the space very small and dark.

Location is great, walking distance to everything.
Decoration is gorgeous. Exotic, fancy.
Kitchen is equipped with all the things you need.
The heating pipe is making noise all night, guess someone switch it on and it is not managed properly.
Street noise is a lot. Some drunkie yell all night. The windows are not blocking the noise.

If you need a quick sleep close to the city center, it’s the best choice. Self check-in, little kitchen and easy access.

Apartment was self catering, but location was superb. Rooms were bright and interesting with their colourful themes. The staff were friendly & helpful.
Nothing we did not like, but it was the middle of a heatwave and no air-conditioning - but there was a fan. Having to open the windows made for a noisy and disturbed sleep on a Friday night.
