Schitterende ligging.Grote kamer en….eindelijk een kamer met meer dan 1 zitplaats,zelfs een zitbank.
De kleine badkamer met alleen maar een ligbad en de muffig ruikende vaste vloerbedekking.

Gut geführtes Hotel mit schöner Sonnenterrasse und angenehmen Ambiente. Großes gemütliches Zimmer (206) mit modernem Bad, Safe, Sitzecke und Balkon zur Mosel. Insgesamt sehr gutes dienstleistungsorientiertes Personal, überraschend gutes Abendbuffet zu angemessenem Preis (28.- € pro Person). Eigentlich ein 4 Sterne Haus, da es aber keine 24 Stunden Rezeption hat, lediglich 3 Sterne + (mit eigenem Schlüssel Zugang zum Zimmer jederzeit möglich.....)
Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre natürlich schön.....kommt wahrscheinlich auch irgendwann, da in der Regel im Winterhalbjahr Zimmer weiter verbessert werden.

Toen we merkten dat de kamer die we kregen niet schoon was en dat we deze kamer niet geboekt hadden werd onze klacht gelijk serieus genomen en kregen we een andere kamer. Het meeste personeel was heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt was grandioos!!
Het was erg druk en gehaast bij de inschrijving. We kregen een kamer die net gebruikt was en niet schoon! Prullebak met afval, rest drinken wat er stond..
Ook hadden we een andere kamer geboekt, maar het leek alsof ze ons boekingsnummer niet konden vinden en toen zomaar een kamer toewezen.

Very large room and bathroom on the ground floor with a little outside patio. Plentiful on site parking in front of the hotel.
Hotel located on the banks of the Mosel River and easy walk into the town.
Room smelled of smoke and although the hotel was nearly empty, we were given a ground floor room without a good view of the Mosel River and next door to the main road. We suspected this might have something to do with the fact that we paid via the booking.com wallet system (applying a credit), and not directly with the hotel.
Further niggles continued. Although we were eventually given a kettle (which we had requested in advance), there was no offer of cups. We ate in the hotel restaurant (the town being almost closed at the end of February). Food was passable and large quantities, but not of a high culinary standard as claimed. Unfortunately, we realised later that we had been over charged for one of our main courses (charged for the most expensive, rather than the least). We did not have breakfast.
