Needed a clean bed for the night and a bite to eat in the morning and we did get that.

Breakfast was very basic. Very little juice. No tea or coffee. Did not see any staff in the dining room.

No staff to serve tea / coffee/ hot water or even to leave some flasks of water to make it yourself.

Location and landscape to the river. Price per quality. Clean room and sheets.

We were told bread is finished for breakfast at 8:40, even though we paid for it. Some fruit mixtures were old and not safe to eat. We did not try it at all. It is recommended to open windows to have fresh air in the rooms for next guests.

A very comfortable stay

We really liked the location even though it was on a main road our room was quiet. We can really recommend Ristorante Pizzeria Rialto in Vallendar too. The rooms were clean and the fan was very welcome, breakfast at the hotel was very good too.

On arrival there was a problem with us gaining access to hotel as the reception was closed due to staff illness. Fortunately another guest arrived and was able to ring someone to find out how we obtained our keys etc. It might have been better if we could have been contacted by text or email.

Really nice and helpful staff. My room was to facing the backside instead of the road and therefore really quiet. One rooster in the distance crowed - but only once shortly after 6am when I wanted to get up anyway.

Sorry to say, but the curtains were way too long and their bottoms laid on the floor. No big deal, but it looked messy.

Very clean. Nice view. Shops nearby. Nice balcony. Big car park..

That the curtains were not dark enough and hence the light came in through very early in the morning. Wifi was very weak and hence couldn't use it at all. There were no hooks or hangers to hang towels in the bathroom. No kids channel on TV. Quite expensive.

The WiFi was very bad, not possible to have a voice call, extremely unstable connection; people painting hallway 3m from breakfast buffet; too soft sponge mattress, quite uncomfortable.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Zimmer hatte ein Upgrade auf ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Sehr gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbüffet. Personal sehr freundlich.

Lage vom Hotel und Aussenansicht. Man sollte erst rein gehen , man sieht das sehr viel renoviert wurde innen.

Okay, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.Wiir warnen nur für eine Nacht dort und das Hotel lag sehr nah an unserer "Partylocation.".

Matratzen waren sehr weich und vmtl schon etwas älter. Roch im Flur und Treppenhaus nach Zigaretten. Hotel insgesamt auf Stand der 80/90er Jahre.
