Noisy, outdated, and poorly maintained stay.

Unfortunately, there is very little positive I can mention.

The location right next to the railway with trains passing every 30 minutes caused a lot of noise. There was also significant noise from neighboring rooms. The room itself had a dirty carpet, a messy mix of old furniture with flickering modern lighting, and a very outdated bathroom with a brown sink, toilet, and bathtub.

Very nice hotel with very good breakfast

Very good and comfortable hotel with very nice view across the river. Excellent breakfast. Very good location. To go to the city centre in the evening we ordered a taxi - not expensive and worth doing it. We spent only one night on the way back to England. We will use this hotel again.

Very comfortable stay

Very comfortable- lovely room overlooking river front. Nothing to complain about. Staff and breakfast excellent.

There was some overbooking and initially it was organised by the hotel for us to go elsewhere. I was not happy as I had booked many months ago. It got rectified and the hotel apologized. Dinner was a bit slow to be served ( over an hour for order to arrive) as there were big parties being held that night . However it was delicious.

Lovely river views.

Great hotel right on the riverside. We had a lovely large room with river view. Garage to park our motorbike. Bar was nice. Evening meal was very nice as was the breakfast the following morning. All staff were super helpful & friendly. Super place to stay.

Pleasent one night stop . ( travelling down through Germany)Would stay again

On the river overlooking Koblenz not IN it. Had breakfast overlooking river. Had dinner inside and then moved outside for drink afterwards . Didn’t get to use pool etc but bought a pair of earrings out of jewellery cabinet reasonably priced. Found lovely wine at dinner. A Nahe wine Blanc de noir . White wine with pink tinge , grown from red grapes not quite a rose . Later visited the vineyard in Germany and bought a dozen bottles. Nice!

Limited Parking but free. (Parking was a little tight as wedding during day but managed. )

The staff and view are amazing! I highly recommend and would stay here again.

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a room with a balcony and we enjoyed sitting out in the evening with some wine and watching the Rhine River flow by. It was very relaxing.

My first room was very small and no air conditioning. But the fantastic reception staff moved me to another room with no fuss at all.

I was disappointed

The hotel has a nice view and its own parking. The breakfast was good.

My room was quite outdated (dirty walls, old furniture). The bedding was not the best, the worst pillows I ever seen, this should definitely be improved. If you want to be close to the city centre and have shops and restaurants nearby-this is not a hotel for you. If you don't have your own car, getting a taxi to and from hotel can be time demanding.

Great view and great value.

The view was wonderful, looking over the Rhine. We arrived late bu the restaurant still accommodated us and the food was lovely. This is a nice hotel and with a bit of effort and extra expenditure to upgrade it a bit it could be exceptional, but overall it was very good value for money and we were very happy with our stay there.

The approach to it is interesting but once you are there is it fine. It's close to the railway but the trains are almost silent so don't let this put you off as it is a really nice hotel.

Large rooms. Quite new hotel and in the process of modernization. Enough parking places. It is relatively close to the fortress (30-40 min walk) but not close to old city without car.

Should have a kettle in the room. Pool close at 21.

Nice stay and very friendly staff

Breakfast was lovely Location was good . We travelled with our dog and could go on a nice walk along the river.

We were a little bit disappointed that we came to late to take the ferry across to the town and the only option was a long walk over a busy , bridge but that was not the hotel’s problem

It was well worth the stay here. It was a little out of the way, but a great place.

All the rooms fact the Reine river. They had great views. The bathroom had a double sink which made it easier to prepare in the morning. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of food. We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was included the price of the room. There was a nice walkway along the river in front of the hotel.

The hotel was difficult to navigate to get to the entrance along the roads. It wasn't very easy. We didn't use the pool or sauna, but I don't know that we would have been able to find them. The shower got water everywhere. They did a great job in having one installed but it was a little awkward.

Nice view, great staff good location with parking lots.

We had a great view of the river from our room, the air conditioning was so pleasant, specially when it was about 33 degrees outside. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Everyone spoke English. The location was perfect for us, close to the fortress where we went on a concert. Parking lots were right next to the hotel. They have a swimming pool that is always nice. And the breakfast was delicious much to choose from. They also have a coffee bar. We sat outside on the deck overlooking the river, it was lovely. This hotel has everything we wanted. We will stay here again.

We don’t like the window in to the bathroom but there was a possibility to blindfold it. And we are not a fan of carpets on the floor.

Lovely hotel, friendly & helpful staff, good food- would stay again

Nice location along the Rhine. Easy to walk along the river although wished we could have stayed longer to explore more.

Only issue we had was the train track directly behind the hotel. From our room you could feel and hear the trains when they passed.

Beautifully Located with a Great View

The Location right on the river bank was amazing, the view is spectacular. The Room was fairly big, clean and nicely laid. The Bathroom was also nice with shower cap, ear plugs and Cotton Pads. Staff were very nice and friendly. It had a bar and a dining area indoor and outdoor. Free parking both open and covered. You will hear the Train pass right behind the hotel from time to time but it didn't bother us. They also have bikes and electric scooter to rent at the entrance.

The hotel has good facilities and the views over the river and city are very nice.

Walking to the city is a bit cumbersome with all the construction sites. The ferry only operates until 6.30pm, which is not the hotel's problem but still a pity.

Great views from the balcony

We booked a room with a balcony and we were so glad we did! The view from the balcony was spectacular! (Photos below).The furnishing in the room are old fashioned but in good order. We had a massive bath/jacuzzi in our room with was amazing! Bathroom and Room were a great size. Plenty of parking in the underground garage. Swimming pool nice and relaxing and clean. Very relaxing area beside the Rhine with plenty of paths for walking or cycling. During the day there is a ferry crossing the Rhine to Koblenz.
