It was good choice in the Koblenz

The rooms are very small, bed is comfortabel but not long enough 180cm. The water pressure was excellent in the bathroom. Breakfast is wonderful lots of choices and good koffie. There is no water cooker in the rooms so u can t make your own koffie. Sauna is very relaxing clean and hygenic. In the room there s a hanging television so you must take care when u are walkşng cause its very narrow …but generally ı like this hotel because of the surrounding located in the. Forest area wwe made a long walking in the forest…

The receptionist wanted to charge more money than what ı ve paid via booking.com. It s good that I ve made my payment via booking.com before ı arrived there. I read all reviews regarding the parking and parking in the garage u have to pay 3 € per night but outside was free. The gentlemen at the reception charged me 6 € extra for the 2 nights parking. Its not a big deal but ı would suggest the hotel needs to be clear and transparant about their parking policy in the booking systems.

CAN RECOOMEND, ABSOLUTELY.

ROOM WIT EXCELENT VIEWS OVER ROLLONG HILLS WITH MEADOWS AND FORESTS. EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST SELECTION. CHECK-IN WAS SMOOTH. RECEPTIONIST VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

WOULD HAVE LIKED AIRCONDITIONING, BUT PROPERTY HAS NO A/C. FRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST GAVE US A FAN WHICH HELPED ON THIS UNUSUALLY HOT DAY - 32 DEGREES.

After a long journey being told they would not serve food after 9pm(it was actually 8:45 on arrival and was still told it was too late) there was no room service or vending machine available Rooms were dated we booked 2 rooms for the six of us these were 3 floors apart not ideal when one parent has to stay in a different part of the hotel We had stayed before and were disappointed as returning customers

I read so many poor reviews that I was expecting the hotel to be in bad conditions however I was positively surprised that it was very clean and that despite it being old it’s quite ok.

The breakfast is great, offers many choices. The view from the hotel is gorgeous, the staff is helpful. The price/value ratio is good.

The carpet is constantly dirty, even in the restaurant. The bathroom is oldish. the lift capacity is limited causing longer waiting times. The rooms and the hotel itself need a major refurbishment.

Food served at Breakfast and dinner predominantly industrial rather than homemade. Entire hotel building desperately needs external and internal refurbishing and renovation. A shame as location superb and surrounding nature very beautiful.

Outdated hotel, poor quality

Staff was polite and room was spacious. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the bus takes you directly to Old Town Koblenz. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.

The hotel is really outdated and needs serious renovation. Everything reminded me of an old 70s hotel in a communist country- very old furniture, stained carpets, uncomfortable beds, holes in the walls where previously I assume hung art, holes on the walls of the balcony, outdated bathroom fixtures. The hotel is far from downtown Koblenz and you need to either drive or take a bus. Taxi service is non-existent. Overall, really poor quality for the price we paid.

Location was beautiful, staff was very friendly. I arrived very late and had to leave early so I was not able to properly use any of the other facilities. The room was outdated but clean. All in all a good stay.

I fully understand the last years were very hard for the hotel sector. A room overhaul would make the hotel more attractive.

Good place to enjoy Rhein river

The hotel is on a hill top, and to see beautiful Rhein scenery, make sure your room above 7 floors. Easy to park car. Many activities you can enjoy, hiking, free sauna, swimming. Friendly and nice staff in the Bar.

Exceptional

Service and facilities are very good, The location close to the motorway is also convenient and there is ample parking. The town of Koblenz is also very picturesque and the hotel is reachable in 1 day from London.

Very nice for a 1-3 night stay.

Room had a nicely laid out shower room with a shaving mirror and also had a balcony (in need of renovation) but a great view of the Rhein hills down to Koblenz about 12 Km away (12-15 Minutes). Breakfast was a buffet, scrabbled eggs were great but no Bacon or Sausages it does have a great mini pancake maker with loads of toppings and freshly made bread rolls. There was also a nice garden to sit out, weather permitting.

Room could have been larger and it did have a balcony (in need of renovation). Very disappointed that it has Satellite TV but no English channels or radio (don't forget your smart speaker), very annoying considering that while we were there every second person was speaking English and for that reason, we will try somewhere else. Very nice bar but no music and the sitting out area was very crowded and noisy we had to wait 30 minutes to get a seat outside which wouldn't have been a problem if it hadn't been over 30 degrees +.
