North..excellent menu options for dinner, nice ambience. Room 130 was grand, only issue carpet is loose and pulling away from the floor. Underground parking was great.
Unfortunately there was lots of painting and refurbishment in foyer. Carpet issue in room 130. Having to leave the building to go to the restaurant/bar/breakfast area..it was cold and raining, shouldn't have to bring my coat with me.

Hairs on bed sheets plenty of people living at the hotel was just a very uncomfortable environment.
