Tried to force me to pay a deposit when others didnt need to. When i raised this concern i was told that the receptionis

perfect for a place to stay thats comfy and reaonably priced for Dublin

breakfast room was the highlight very nice and staff very pleasant also had dinner there food was very good gym was all you would need, bedding room facilities were all pretty standard which is just fine

not much I knew it was a bit out from the city but wasn't there on vacation so the price distance trade off was more than worth it. you will need a car for sure to gt to city for the hotel

Bed was comfortable, and was quiet.

Shower had no hot water, the food in the restaurant for dinner was terrible, breakfast was not great and staff kept dropping things on the floor and one waiter had a bit of an attitude when bringing drinks out. Would not eat there again.

Ok got the job done bery unmemorable and certainly not a four star hotel

It had a nice reception and relatively easy going to room they gave ground. It was queit and had all major ameneties inside the room.

It was so so cold! Very primitive radiator it wasnt working and i rang reception telling them got no help i had to layer up and take all sheets i could find and was freezing! Tv was nice snd easyto use Room was so tall as well which didn’t help Basically i got thishugr huge room that was absoltuely freezing. Very primitive bathroom no major nice things tiles not v nice and alwo made room more cold and gen just not a nice style- not sure what company were gels creams and difficult to get out of bottles. Shower was hot that was nice I also didn’t like the main restaurant is out of hotel you have to leave in the cold to get to breakfast . As for breakfast it was good but not huge choices. No mushrooms juices not that cold u have to wait a while to get egg order and there was a-queue

A good stay, reasonable prices for Dublin (but nowhere near city centre)

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly, the location is ok (10mins by taxi to Red Cow Luas Station). Breakfast was decent. Overall a good stay.

The shower/bath situation is a disaster - its a stand in bath shower (at least in the room we had) but the water pressure was so low it was hard to get under the water to wash yourself, it was really a terrible shower along with the fact that it would either be scalding hot or luke warm but no inbetween.

Good price but very basic

Good price for a Saturday night in Dublin, good location close enough to city centre and shopping if driving. Free parking is a big plus.

Room was clean but unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable. No bottled water in the room, which I would have thought was a basic facility to provide. No vending machines available either, so be prepared and bring water/snacks if staying in for the night. Guest directory stated dental kits were available. Having run out of toothpaste this seemed like a godsend, however these were also not available when we enquired at reception. Food in North was ok, but pizza was quite overcooked and breakfast selection was poor.

Not a great nights stay, won’t be coming back

The bed was very comfortable and it was a short drive to the city centre

No soundproofing whatsoever, was woken up at 3 am by a couple arguing in the room next door, also could hear the cars on the motorway out the front of the hotel. Barely slept a wink. Facilities were a little outdated

Was woken up multiple times throughout the night with screaming & banging. Rang reception but never they received called, Restaurant food wasn’t nice at all Ordered a pizza , firstly didn’t have toppings then when food came was like eating dough , little taste on it wasn’t nice.(was ordered early also so the time ordered wasn’t an issue)

Suitable for a work trip; but get breakfast elsewhere.

The bedroom was clean and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and the food for Dinner was delicious.

The breakfast was not fantastic for €15. I’d recommend going to another location for breakfast if possible. The atmosphere was not relaxing and the hot food was not great after sitting in the hot plates. The Sauna also isn’t hot and ready to go- you have to turn it on and wait for it to heat up. You have to turn it off when finished. I appreciate this from an environmental awareness perspective, but this was time consuming.

The evening meal was superb...Service was fantastic and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb...and the outside carpark was ideal due to the height restriction of the underground car park as our vehicle was over the 2 metre height restriction

Trouble Finding The Address.

Lovely Hotel.

Couldn't get I drink after getting back to hotel at 1am .Had a lot of trouble finding hotel using Google maps.Kept losing direction Staff said it often happens.Need Hotel Signs on Roads. Room was lovely but far too Hot.

Mistakes happen but unhelpful reception staff compounded the error.

Good location

Booked twin room but , upon arrival, was presentd with a double room. Receptionist made out that it was booking.com's fault. No alternative room was offerred. We were able to split the bed into two singles but no extra duvet or sheets were provided. We made do with what was provided. Breakfast buffet was poor - sausages very underdone.

Quick check-in. Very comfortable room, and hotel was spotlessly clean and had a calm relaxed ambiance. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the staff in the bar/restaurant. Secure underground car parking. The hotel is outside Dublin and offered a more competitive price as a result, but it is only a three minute drive, or twenty minute walk, to a Park & Ride tram connection which will take you into the city centre.

Breakfast was a slightly budget presentation compared to a lot of other hotels I have stayed in. This wasn't a significant negative however. As an example, we were in for breakfast with an hour still to go until close of service yet cereal options were limited or gone, limited choice of breads or fruits and the orange juice was a distant relation to any real orange. The hot food was fine however. I had no issue with this as the price paid for B&B was reasonable for the Dublin area. I did see that breakfast was priced at €15.00 for a walk-in however and that would have been a bit rich for the offering. The hotel is just off of a dual carriage-way. There was some road noise audible from our room. It didn't bother me at all but some might find it an issue, especially if leaving a window open.

Rooms are far too hot and no AC available other than a fan in the room that had to be left on all night. Water pressure in the showers is awful.
