not all I information was provided when I checked in , like information about WiFi, parking, room service or check out times. The room next to ours was very loud , listening to music loud for a long time.

The room was quiet at night, with no loud noises after 9:30pm which was great. The staff at the desk were helpful and polite. Check-in was simple with no queues. There was plenty of toiletries in the room, and lots of tea and coffee. Everything was immaculate and clean in the room. Parking was good with plenty of spaces and only a 20-30m from the door.
Nothing really, the bedside lamp didnt work on one side of the bed, and the aircon control panel didnt turn off so it was bright in the dark room, but that was about the height of it.
