I am very disappointed that we had an issue when booking using the Hotels.com app and your Hotel did not refund the booking. I would have stayed at the Hotel if the booking was confirmed on the app. I had to stay at another Hotel and notified Hotels.com when this happened. They blamed Castleknock Hotel for not refunding the booking. This was a technical issue and I am the one that takes the extra cost. hotels.com and your hotel profited from a technical issues and i am at a loss. Very disappointing from both organisations.

We were attending a sports event close by as our daughter was taking part. Your hotel was the perfect location for us. Everything about it was spot on. Staff could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be back.

This hotel was beautiful, large with all the amenities. We stayed for an event and it was perfect. This location is not close or easy to get to from the city centre so if you plan to sight see most days it is a 30 minute drive from downtown Dublin. If you are looking to relax, spa or play a round of golf; this hotel is perfect.

Nice hotel - clean rooms but pretty average with a less than comfy bed. Staff were polite but I wouldn’t go as far as to say friendly…..Breakfast was a pretty standard buffet but was nice! Castleknock is a Lovely, quiet and secluded area and is about a 15 min walk to the train which was a great way to get into the city - otherwise, taxis are the only option to get out of the neighbourhood, at about 30€ per ride!

This hotel doesn’t know what it wants to be. During our stay there was a wedding, several conferences, a load of golfer, the Irish National football team and day guests. It felt chaotic.
