Expensive for what it is

Staff were friendly & check in was easy

Room felt unclean and bed uncomfortable. Sheets weren’t covering the mattress entirely. Ceiling had obviously had a leak at some point which hadn’t been fully fixed. Shower curtain smelled slightly damp & unclean. Overall, we left feeling like the price was unjustified

The room was clean and organized.

The room wasn't ready for the planned arrival, staff didn't keep us up to date with what was going on, ended up being late for an event do to the room being ready an hour later than expected and paid for. Lack of pillows in the room and not comfortable.

Basically very good

Not very good, as a coeliac I expected a better range of gluten free options, ie cereals, the bread, 2 slices of white "bread" in a cellophane pack which tasted what can only be described as cement powder, absolutely revolting!!

Good and Very bad

Good food and nice staff and good location for us. Breakfast was really good specially the options to use full or continental on offer but only thing is 3 year old child never eats for 8 euro?

Rooms was not clean. Big stan on curtains and yogurts and someone socks still in drawers floor not hooverd tables not cleaned and mirrors had hair and stuff stucked. We understand was after new year and all but still.!?!?

Would reccomend

The breakfast was gorgeous! And the staff couldn’t have been nicer! In particular Rodrigo was amazing he is a beautiful person and made our dinner extra special!

We had to change our room as it was freezing and cobwebs on the walls and just not acceptable. But moving room was easy and the new room was perfect.

A well located, quiet room. Extended radiator on timing is a must for the winter months.

My room allocation was perfect for a business traveller - away from the front facing traffic noise. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

Whilst there's an electric radiator in the room, the heat from the water filled radiators was time limited which isn't ideal given the cold outside temperature. The "on" time should be extended with guests determining when / if they should be turned down / off.

Lovely hotel great beds and breakfast,location was spot on to see family and friends local buses and tram station straight into Dublin near by would stay again staff were very helpful

Good location for Dublin Marathon weekend. Has pool but didn't use on this occasion.

Nice hotel, poor staff

Food was nice. Rooms are clean and a good size

The staff were awful. We were asked to leave the bar at 11.30 and were told residents bar would open at 12am. At 12.15 we were told there was no residents bar and we should just go to bed. While I was discussing how it wasn't what was told to us a member of staff actually approached me in quite a threatening manner while I was sitting down. Overall ruined the whole experience, a hotel that wants people to stay but does not want to deal with people

Pleasant, comfortable stay will stay again

I had stayed at this hotel about 4/5 years ago and it was very poor, rooms were not clean bathroom fittings were broken overall it was bad . This time it was very clean and comfortable hugely improved

Staff in the bar were appalling, hotel was ridiculously hot even with a fan and open window. Room was dirty, bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in weeks. Pool needs refurbishment water was tinged yellow from rust in small pool.

Best read before booking a family stay!! Rough enough for the price

Was close to Luas line to get to central Dublin good kebab stop straight up the street

£600 for 2nights no breakfast included,2 adults 3kids seperate rooms given even know was booked altogether as a family occasion !! Pubic hairs in bathroom floor& bath obviously wasn't cleaned too high standards One of the children in my stay had got his foot cut in swimming pool by chipped tiles under water all could do was apologise an offer plaster what was the use when he was going back in the water ? No fridge in room bearing in mind the sweltering heat (11&12 july25) No ice available on floors either ! Bar closes at 11pm an residency bar opens at 12 So stock UP for the hour or youl have to wait Noise OF doors banging all night SOME FLOORS OCCUPIED BY PEOPLE WHOS ACCOMODATION AN BREAKFAST IS MORE THAN LIKELY FREE OF CHARGE NEVERMIND THE EXTORTIONATE PRICES FOR BARE MINIMUM EFFORTLESS ROOMS!!

Unclean.

The bed was comfy

The whole place felt extremely unclean. Our room was gross, the bathroom stank of sewage, the sink had no plug and a foul smell from the drain. The bathroom tiles were cracked, mysterious substances and stains on the walls and ceilings. The shower curtain was dirty, the bath was dirty. The table with the TV on was bowed in the middle and unstable. Just awful honestly, I felt lucky that the bed was at least clean (or seemed to be!). The hairdryer was something straight out of the 1940s and dirty as hell. The location is awful actually for the price you pay to stay there. €70 to get us to the airport. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel. Terrible value for money and just disgusting.

The bed were great!

There were some stains in the armchair, pretty bad. The shower head was too fair away to make it comfortable to have proper shower, no water pressure at all. The online check in/out was easy.

The service in the bar and restaurant was poor as there was not enough staff on for the amount of customers . We were told breakfast was until 11 only this was not true as it finished at 10 am and I had paid for 4 breakfasts. I was told by friends staying that the breakfast was not good.

Good overall - I would stay again

Staff were all very nice. Pool and sauna were good. Breakfast was very good! Bed was cosy. Good location with a few nice resturants nearby - there's an excellent sit in Indian resturant nearby with excellent prices. Very near the Luas to go central if you need to. Great shopping center nearby too but lots of great clothes shops.

The bar is very expensive - 10 to 14 euro for a glass of wine. I was there for 5 nights and the room got a very basic clean each day (not cleaned at all one day). By the day I was leaving the place was very dusty. No coffee machine in room.
