An extra almost €40 was sneakily tried to be added to my bill. At first I was told I had no outstanding balance but when I said I did and he double checked someone had charged drinks to my room, probably the same person who woke me up twice in the night trying to enter my room.

Friendliest hotel staff I've had the pleasure of chatting to. Nice to have pool, jacuzzi and sauna too. Only loses a star as the room was too warm and no AC and the traffic was too noisy traffic was too noisy to open window.

Good location and nice hotel. Would stay again. Couple of small negatives - restaurant service on match day was suspended - there is no room temperature control and room was particularly cold - bar closed early at 22:40.

We stayed for 5 days on the first day i asked why we did not have a coffee machine, slipers and robes as per the booking. I was told they are short staffed and they would bring them to the room. The next day nothing arrived. Then on day 3 i had to ask for our room to be cleaned and i was told they are backed up.. im sorry but thats not my problem. My girlfriend had to go into the store room to get more towels and tea, milk etc as nothing was done by the staff. On day 4 we wanted to use room sevice to order a pizza. The menu in the room said till 7am. When i phoned to order i was told they are not doing room service as its closed.. ive stayed in many hotels in Dublin as me and my partner are long distance and it was the worst by far. The room was nice the pool and gym was nice but the service was terrible.. do not stay here.. there are many better options

2 week business trip. First few days, i had some issues with cleaning but this was sorted by the front desk. Good food selection. Staff were amazing. Good location overall.

We did not have a balcony view. We had a room that was worse than a college dorm room. It was very outdated, uncomfortable bed, dirty floors and very loud. The staff greeted me with a "did you check in online" and when I said no, he was annoyed. We had been driving all day, and I did not have service! I do not recommend this hotel and being a travel advisor, I will not send my clients here.

Rooms were ideal and clean, staff were all very friendly which I personally think is very important. The breakfast was good but the restaurant food was pretty poor. Overall it's an easy enough fix to make it a better rating.

Front deck staff rude and did not communicate what they were doing and also out is I. The worst room in the hotel. The room had a 20 foot by 10 foot extractor fan blowing Greece smell in throw the balcony door (ground floor)

The second floor hall area stunk of smoke and fags, sink was blocked in bathroom, bed was comfy, asked staff if they had the soccer on telle and told me one tele was broke in bar and other one was stuck on this channel, the leiusre changing rooms are shocking so run down, pool was ok. Over all i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Unfortunately, our 5 night stay here was disappointing. Given the proximity to many of the places we were visiting, we hoped for more from this hotel. There is no A/C in the rooms. The hotel does supply a small, cheap fan in the closet to use that takes up the only power outlet on one side of the bed. Next, the water pressure made taking a shower difficult at best and nearly impossible if you have any significant length of hair to wash/rinse. The strange thing was that the bathroom sink had ample water pressure but was too shallow to use instead. The toilet only flushed with the "full flush" #2 button and not the water saver. The bathroom tiles and tub could also use a good scrub. Parking for this hotel is one of the few really sensible things it has going. There is an underground parking garage that has reserved stalls accessible from the lobby elevators. All the parking can be validated at the desk but this was not necessary since someone had run over the ticket/payment machine and anyone could come and go for free.

Hotel was grand but price is too high for what you get. My room was on the first floor and was very noisy- children from apartment's behind the hotel playing outside the room so out of the control of the hotel but needs to be considered if you need a quiet location. Room was clean and tidy but there was no remote for the tv. I arrived late so couldn't be bothered requesting one. Had a late dinner in the restaurant, service was a bit slow but food was ok. Dessert did not match that described on the menu, when i said it they reduced the price so this was fair

Stayed due to family funeral and family lived locally so didn’t get to use facilities Sink was blocked but quickly fixed once reported. Door at lifts and access to room banged continuously, our room was located next to this. It would be worth while adding a system to door so it closed quietly. Rooms all flooring and room above moving chairs and the noise was loud with this

Cleanliness of mattress was terrible massive stains all over. No second pillow after asking and being told no wasn’t able to get another. Unfortunately we were in a joining room which made our salary very uncomfortable. Could literally hear every single conversation and movement from the room Next door. Also hear every time they went to the toilet. Also made me feel very uncomfortable as they were trying the joining door at 2/3 o’clock in the morning. Waking me and my wife up in a panic thinking someone was trying to enter our room. Lad behind bar was very engaging in conversation and was willing to help us out a lot regarding transport etc which was a plus

The room was showing its age, both curtains were broken, shower curtain was tired, water pressure on shower not good. Bed pillows were needing preplacement. Breakfast was poor, bananas just aged over the five day stay, plates never hot, baked beans never hot, bacon was cold and soggy or dry. Melon fresh fruit hard or tasteless, apple tough skin.

Area around the property is good. Lots of things in walking distance. For the price of the rooms I would book elsewhere!!! The room service was horrible, I had to call down twice to have our room cleaned. Then when I did the second time they just made the bed didn’t change the sheets and were there for two weeks. The beds are not too firm and not too soft. Pillow were horrible. Shower pressure was great and the heater for towels is awesome. The hotel itself needs to be cleaned and updated. The walls and carpets are visibly dirty and stained. The pool was small and needed to wear a pool cap to swim. Hot tub was not hot and sauna had too many people always in it. Breakfast was not the best could use more verity. Not much to eat if you’re a vegetarian. Big upset: I asked for no coleslaw on my son’s burger due to allergies, they brought it back with it scrapped off and the patty flipped over. If I hadn’t checked first my son could have had an allergic reaction. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen! Dishes were always visibly dirty with lipstick on the cups. If I hadn’t already booked I would of left! Not worth the price for sure!

I had €200 credit arranged on my hotel room so I could charge from the bar and restaurant to my room. However, each day, I was told by the bar and restaurant staff that I couldn't do so and each time it had to be checked with reception.
