Nice hotel, lovely room, very clean, staff friendly and accommodating. Would recommend working out how to drive into the car park on arrival rather than using The Square!

Overall, I was happy with the hotel. The hotel was clean and warm and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was clean and welcoming, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities that one would require.
The one complaint would be the temperature of the room itself. It was cold when returning late and did not seem to react to increasing the temperature on the thermostat. Whether this was a by-product of removing the keycard on exit or not, it shouldn't have affected the room temperature but it appeared to.
