    I'm not sure why this hotel is a 4 star. We got it at a really good price but I wouldn't stay there again. The room was dirty and dated. Also noisy from above. Reception barely spoke with us and answered the phone while checking us in after we cued for 10 minutes. The cooked breakfast was really nice but the chocolate brioche was very stale.

    My wife and I had a wonderful evening at a dinner to mark the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Old County Pitch & Putt Club. The food was really good and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. A great stay after the event in a lovely room. We will return!
