Had a good night sleep and nice food ,we ll definitely be back again
Bed were confy, room was good size, breafast was very good, all staff was very nice.
We had dinner in the bar. It was quite, however it took forever for the waiters to take our order. When our main was finished, half an hour later a waiter came to take the plates, she didnt even ask if we wanted desert or more drinks or teas or coffees. We thought she would come back with desert menu. No never did so we paid and left.

    Honest review..
Bar & restaurant area are very good & comfortable. Food was very. Good. Drinks were a little bit expensive as in Dublins Temple bar prices. And for a hotel on the outskirts of dublin I would consider your paying too much for drinks
Stayed for 2 nights. Room was the very last one on ground floor almost 10 minutes walk for someone if they had a disability and bed bases kept moving as clips to hold the 2 bases together were broken.. House staff didnt bother to come to room to clean up or replace tea facilities leaving room without tea bags or milk. When going out for the evening I requested milk & tea bags to be left in room for next morning. Housekeeping came left teabags but no milk.. Also as a paying guest you shouldn't have to pay 10 euro a night parking fee which adds more to your bill. Honestly not worth paying 250 euro for room +20 euro for parking.. Which is a pity as we have stayed there on numerous occasions and were happy. But last 2 visits have made my mind up to stay elsewhere. Only as a last resort would I use it again. And thats purely because of the staff being so friendly..

    Terrible
    The location is perfect
The first room I was given the bath smelled terribly of wee and had hard snot stuck around in places I tried to open the window and the handle came off on top of me they changed rooms and the next room was just standard I lost remote at one stage of the evening so was searching and looked under the bed to see nothing but dirt and dust very bad all the rooms around us had people partying was so loud complete waste of money

    Accommodation superb
Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful
Food in restaurant i felt was over priced. Service average. Temperature of bar/restaurant could have been a little warmer and would be more inviting.

Room size was great value for the rate
Window was a dual operatiin window, it was broken as wouldn't open properly when needed or close fully,,Radiators were off all night, incredibly cold considering time of year, also one of the beds were covered with a duvet that wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

    Won't be back!
The Food is amazing can't fault it and great portions too. Breakfast included.
Our room was way back of hotel... Room 462.. when you go to the 4th floor you walk out of lift and in front of you have signs to go to rooms up to 430,walked the corridors couldn't find where we had to go. Had to stop another guest just to see if I had read our number to be 462 and he said you're near us and we had the same problem. You can't see a right turn when you get off the lift nor can you see the room numbers either. Everyone knows the saying "can't swing a cat in that" omg our bathroom when you opened the door it hopped on the toilet 🚽 and if anyone bigger than me was in that room I swear yas wouldn't fit. Then the cubicle shower the doors opening corner wise and same thing again Jesus you'd need a step ladder to get up into the shower 🚿 then try to crab🦀 walk your way into the shower. And if that wasn't enough at 1.42am in the morning a bloody alarm 🚨 in our room hopped us out of our sleep 💤 frightening the bejaysus out of us and flashing red, it was like the red light district. I had to call down to reception ask if it was in every room he said no and that he'd call me back on 1 minute. Well that didn't happen. The beds were rough and sheets well don't get me started on those.
