Hotel is fine but do not accept a room on any floor around 261 you will not be able to sleep

We were in room 261 it was really warm and outside the room was the boiler. It sounded like a jet engine outside our window all night I got no sleep at all.

I would have sooner paid a bit extra and a better room. Very dated. No water in the room which I though was pretty standard now a days. Although they are doing refurbishments in the reception hopefully this extends to the rooms getting a bit of a facelift.

Overall really positive and I would stay again

The property is well located about a 15 min walk to the red cow carpark where you can get buses and the Luas info the city. The value for the night is night is good, especially when staying in a room by yourself. The room is spacious and clean. We paid the 16 euro for the breakfast and it was lovely and offered a wide variety from hot food, cereals, fruits salads, yogurts, little pastries, cheese and ham an they are regularly topped up with fresh produce. I would recommend going down at about 9 if you can as it got very busy after that.

I couldn’t open the stopper in my sink so the water drained really slowly. The rad also made noise throughout the night that woke me but once I went over to it I seen there was a switch to turn it off. If you’re a light sleeper I recommend turning off the rad before you go to bed. The hot counter section of the breakfast there was only one guy on and he was trying to serve the food and cook it. He did an amazing job but there should be two people in there.

Ok, not going to lie, but we got lucky with the room selection. We ended up in the Bridal suite, which was absolutely fantastic.. Room 410.. four poster bed, room the size of an apartment, just luxurious. But the other couple who came with us, said their room was top class as well, clean, big, right temperature (most hotels seem to think people like rooms like saunas!!).. everything was on point. Minimal fuss checking in and out.. location is great, in the heart of the city in less than 10 minutes.. great hotel

Met our needs, clean and location perfect for our onward journey.

Breakfast was fine but could have been hotter in temperature. Location - need better signage for sharp left turn off the motorway. You actually turn in at Joel's Restaurant before you see front of hotel.

Staff need to bring freshly made tea/coffee pots to breakfast tables, rather than leaving thermo flask filled with tea/coffee which was cold! Had to ask staff for fresh tea twice. Breakfast food needs to be at higher temperature, otherwise hotel is very good & clean.

Hotel fine, 1 night stay €395 (no breakfast) to see Robbie Williams in Croke Park. Feel ripped off.

The bar staff were very friendly and would go out of the way to get you what you wanted. The food dish I had was basic but very good.

The bedroom was very poor. Needs updating. The shower was too powerful with a very weak shower curtain, which led to the bathroom floor covered in water, which was still very wet the next morning. Breakfast could be improved on also. No fresh fruit available and low on bread for toast.

Charge for checking in early.

I arrived at 1pm, I was informed there was a €30 fee to check in early - that's a bit of a scam. They did say I could leave my bag, which I did. I then returned at 1.30 am (as agreed) and checked in. I was informed the bag was in the room - it wasn't !! I returned to reception, and it took another 5 or 6 mins to locate my bag. The staff on duty said they had a new system for storing the luggage !! Please don't reply saying it is your policy to charge for early check-in. You could change your policy, you know. This policy would probably be in line with Irish hotel policy !! This would not be standard policy in many other countries. Regards
