Overall a nice 2 day stay. No phone in the room. The fire alarm sounded in our room on the Sunday morning then went off and came back on a couple of times! It was myself that had to find guidance, as nobody from the Hotel were there to point anyone in the right direction. Nobody seemed to be evacuating and when I asked at reception, I was told that there was a fault in another room with the iron and this is what caused it. Where were the hotel fire marshals? This was early(breakfast time on a Sunday morning) we were still in bed. No support provided. You could also smell damp in the bathroom.
Great location and overall a nice stay. But where are the phones in the room to contact reception? The main reason for choosing this hotel was the parking availability, as it’s a nightmare in Conwy.
