All of the staff were fabulous and friendly.
The decoration of the wedding area was stunning.
The table service and the food was lovely.
I think spiders webs could have been given more attention. A general spruce up in the rooms, paintwork etc. steak knives should have been a must with the meal, I probably should have asked at the time. Air-conditioning needs attention.

Breakfast if you had cooked breakfast was amazing , I do not eat cooked breakfast and the choice of continental was very poor. At first I saw 3 tiers of what I thought was pastries, disappointment set in once I got closer as there was 3 tiers of small croissant, even the weetabix had run out on the second morning. Put bluntly continental breakfast was tragic.

The atmosphere of the hotel outside was amazing. It is a lovely location. Hotel has onsite parking.
The staff training could have been better. In my opinion, it is a run of the mill hotel that has an overstated online impression. The spas are nice, but inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues. The breakfast is not up to the value of the cost. The advertise an ‘luxury afternoon tea’ with wonderful pictures, but what you receive is basic preparation on white everyday dishes. Though the hotel is comfortable enough, it is not up to its online verbiage.
