Professional, friendly staff who were very helpful. Lovely breakfast, relaxed vibe. Very comfortable rooms, lovely linen and smart bathroom. This is located in central Dolgellau, with limited parking, and a fairly lively part of town, so it's not quiet during the day (we were there on the summer solstice, so possibly busier than usual), but the atmosphere suited us perfectly. A spar supermarket close by and lots of food options, a lovely town to walk around, and a great base for exploring the area. Will definitely be staying again.

We loved our short stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful inside and out and the staff are fantastic. Our room was so lovely - a super comfortable bed, very pretty decor, and a lovely welcome hamper! The downstairs bar and breakfast room are sumptuous and cosy. We really hope to come back in January!

The door to the restroom stuck on the floor so was difficult to close or open without making a noise, making it hard to go to use the bathroom through the night without disturbing one another

Superb place to stay the staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. We loved the vibe in the bar.
