some staff at desk were helpful.
could have had more help from some. Management by room staff could be better. Tea/coffee, soaps shower gel, lotions not replenished.

Location - perfect, within reach of all
Breakfast - didn't wow me, was what I expected though, staff extremely attentive
Room - great room, comfortable and quiet.
Bar staff - great and very engaging
Loved the daily change of carpet in the lift.
Linked restaurant next door was wonderful.
Door on bathroom didn't shut and shower took a while to heat. Not sure about the apples.

Good location
Whilst booking in and out, Hotel Staff just took phone calls leaving us standing there, found that very unprofessional.Far to expensive for what hotel standard
