The Central City - Luxury Serviced Residence

The best choice I made during my trip to Luxembourg. The apartment was perfect—modern, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better, and check-in was incredibly easy. I also appreciated the option for a late checkout. Highly recommend!

Very clean place. Close to public transport.

Excellent location, safe area, and close to city center and also to train station. The apartment is quiet, courtyard view with balcony, and has all things needed, from towels, cooking utensils. If you need anything you request it at reception. Around the building there are many places to grab a bite or get a coffee or grocery shopping as well. The arrival from airport to the building is easily done via bus which stop around the corner.

The hotel is simply amazing. Everything is spotless, and the renovation is excellent. It has absolutely everything: dishes, a kettle, toaster, iron, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher—all brand new. The bed linen and towels are snow-white. There is also parking available

Great location in the middle of Luxembourg

Lovely modern flat with everything we needed. Fab bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. Very central. The instructions on the garage and access weee excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped. Great to have a laundry room and garage for the motorcycles

Checkin could have been a bit simplier as keypad was difficult to use. Cost of a car park space for 2 nights at 70 euros is very expensive. Very noisy street so had to have windows shut and no air conditioning. Sofa bed as a sofa wasn’t very comfortable a standard sofa would have been better

Quite a nice apartment and well located. Very clean and well equipped. Both check-in and check out were quite convenient

It was a bit hot at night as there were no air conditioning.

The location was great, the concierge was very nice and it was easy to check in. The shower was nice as well, and the garage was really convenient.

There was a smell in the fridge and the bathroom had some hairs... The air conditioning in the room made a lot of noise, so that we ended up not using it. We were lucky that the weather was pleasant, although we took this apt., as it had air-conditioning.

It was a little warm and hard to cool off since blinds had been open before we arrived.

The digital remote key system resulted in us being locked out of our room. The quoted contact number was redirected to a message initially. Was sorted eventually and a gesture offered by the management.

It was the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in, honestly. I’m usually the type who always finds something to complain on but here was nothing to complain about. - Great location, very close to the main station but enough far to feel safe. - Very clean apartment with all necessary amenities - A book with pictures by Annie Leibovitz, my special respect - very friendly and helpful staff - Nespresso coffee machine - 10-20 minutes maximum to all of the main sightseeings And the most important advantage for me personally: super super quiet!! No disturbing sounds from neighbours and a very comfortable bed. I wish all the hotels and apartments have such a strong soundproofing

The apartment is very complete with everything, they even provide extra liquid dishwasher and cooking oil. The laundry is accessible in the basement area and free for guest, bring your own detergent (they already inform during booking). It was easy to find and near to everything including tram. We love it so much!

The apartment is really nice, modern and comfort. It is really wel placed next to every beautiful place in Lux.

While I appreciate the efforts made to provide information, I found the communication to be somewhat overwhelming. I received eight different emails from Booking and The Central, which made it difficult to keep track of the necessary details. It would be much more efficient to receive a single email containing all the essential information, such as keys, key codes, and apartment number. Additionally, the email regarding parking included a link to a PDF. It would be preferable to have the PDF attached directly to the email to avoid the inconvenience of opening links. I also noticed that there were no signs outside the parking area indicating "The Central Apartment" or the street number, which made it challenging to locate. Clear signage would greatly improve the ease of finding the parking. When I arrived, I found the keys in an envelope without any name or identification. Fortunately, we assumed they were our keys and went to the apartment. However, I received the email with the apartment number at 20:58, which was quite late. It would be helpful to receive this information before arrival to avoid any uncertainty. I hope these suggestions are helpful and can contribute to improving the experience for future guests. Amazing unit, great location, friendly staff, modern room with everything you need. Prefect all around.

A small studio apartment , but what we expected for just two nights . Excellent location, and very quiet soundproofing to the room. Excellent feed back from office staff , after a booking detail was sorted , most obliging all round.

Nothing - just perhaps a bit of an issue with white access card to lift working inititially , but it was quickly rectified by staff via a contact phone number.

Excellent location . Walking distance to all the city attractions. The property is pretty modern and tastefully decorated . It was more than enough space for family of 4

The place us very modern, very well equipped and it's very clean. All appliances are brand new. There is a lot of attention to details. I like to make my coffee in a percolator and they provided that which was the best part of my stay as I was missing having my coffee. I enjoyed that very much

I wish they had provided with a couple of laundry detergent pods for guests staying for a short time

Great location and lovely apartment with balcony. Very modern and lots of sun. Great compact modern kitchen and bathroom. Parking was great since we had a car. Car ride was in a lift which was easy to navigate. Perfect place but only minor which was not fault of anyone, but the plane noise was constant so must be near a flight path but once we slept it was fine.

The check-in is super, all online, no need for hotel cards. It’s really nicely decorated and everything you need is there (including orange press, percolator). The location is super, just a walk across the bridge and you are downtown and a walk into the other direction leads to some nice restaurants.

There is no AC. There was one fan, for 4 people, so one room without a fan. Unfortunately we stayed during some hot days, once it’s below 25 degrees it’s really recommended!
