Great location and spacious, but service didn't match what was promised
The apartment is in a fabulous location, extremely clean, and very spacious, ideal for a family.
However, two things let our stay down:
1. No daily cleaning, despite what was advertised. The website mentions daily cleaning, but we were told cleaning only happens once a week. If housekeeping is weekly, the listing should say so clearly, as guests choose a serviced apartment partly for this.
2. Check-in was later than the stated time. Check-in is listed as 3:00 pm. We arrived at 2:30 pm with our 4-year-old and were told the apartment wouldn't be ready until at least 3:30 pm, and were asked to come back at 4:00 pm because cleaning was still in progress. Waiting around with a young child after travelling was tiring. Many hotels try to accommodate guests at or even before check-in time, so we expected the room to be ready at least by the advertised time.
Overall, the apartment itself is excellent, but the property should either update its listing or deliver the services it promises.
