We had a lovely time staying a night in the apartment during the Christmas market!

Great location, friendly staffs, clean and well decorated room, and the best of all the delicious breakfast! We would definitely love to book this hotel again if we ever come back to the area! Highly recommend!

Simple for a short visit

Location is great and breakfast is good, you get a pre set plate with bread and a small croissant, some butter, jam, salami and apple juice, yogurt and coffee or tea. Bed was comfortable.

The place smells, the rooms are on top of the restaurant and all the smell comes up. The bedroom is small so to open the window you have to jump over the bed. The elevator is not at ground level and therefore you need to go to a first floor with your suitcase to take it and it will also leave you on a mid floor and from there on you either continue carrying your luggage either up or down.

Great stay on square

Amazing location on the old town square right in front of the christmas market, we had a view of the large advent calender from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good

Central hotel but very basic for the price

Really central hotel, great for exploring Luxembourg city, near to everything you want (although a 20 min walk from the train station, its a good way to get your bearings). Lovely breakfast and v friendly staff.

For the price the room was very basic, tired and small. I thought the photos made it look a bit more scandi funky than it was. Our room had frosted windows on to an exhaust and air conditioning units which made thinge even less nice.

Nice hotel in the city center

The location is excellent. Right opposite the City Hall in the center of the city. The breakfast was also very good with fresh baguette in a cosy environment.

There is no lobby at the reception, but this was not important for us. What we did not like is that we were given a room in the back side (the only one in the first floor looking at the back side) although we arrived quite early and on that day there were many people checking out.

Good quality accommodation in the centre of Luxembourg.

The location was absolutely excellent: the view from the room was good and the breakfast in the morning was really good quality. There were some nice touches like a shoe shine machine and filtered water and the whole place seemed really well run with the comfort of guests in mind.

The room was really hot! Outside it was cold but I felt that they overcompensated on the heating.

A very beautiful location

The breakfast is located in a cute restaurant where wine ND dinner can also be enjoyed. Staff is polite.

I had a late bus into Luxembourg and didn't realize the lobby would be locked without an attendant. Although it does state this on their check-in details I overlooked it. I called the number at the door twice without answer. As a result my first night was walking the streets of Luxembourg. Pretty tough.

nice if you want to be in the middle of the action

very friendly reception, great location if you want to be on the square, easy to access by car and on foot. Plenty to see just walking around. Breakfast was good.

be aware that it's an older building and everything is tight. If you are not very fit you will not fit in the shower comfortably (it's an uncomfortable squeeze just to get it). Be aware that there's no AC and on a hot day like when we arrived it's hot in the rooms, and leaving the windows open at night is not realistic due to the noise.

Cosy, central, delicious breakfast.

The room was small, but hey, this is Luxembourg! It faced the square, so I expected it to be noisy, but it was actually quite nice listening to the civilised chatter on the street (did I mention that this is Luxembourg?). I appreciated Vito's friendly welcome and the fact that they leave a complimentary bottle of filtered tap water in the room, as opposed to bottled mineral water (for the third time, this is Luxembourg... the tap water is fine!). Instead of a potentially wasteful buffet breakfast, there was a small, straightforward but high quality breakfast provided, which I enjoyed very much.

The only drawback for me personally is that 7.30 is a little late for breakfast, if you have to be elsewhere in the city for work as early as possible. Also, if you are a vegetarian / vegan, you might want to let them know in advance, because the breakfast involved meat / dairy products.

We loved our stay here, it's very central, you are in walking distance of almost everything. The room was very clean and nice, the breakfast was delicious and very nicely served and prepared. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet, it got hot during the night, but they provided fans and we could open the windows and it was not too loud.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but not a big problem.

Clarity on parking needs to be better communicated. It turned out nearest underground parking garage is very close to the hotel but it’s not explained well. Parking on streets is a challenge as the hotel is in the main Sq.

Not ideal if you’re overweight

The location was excellent – close to everything I needed and with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. The staff truly made my stay memorable, especially Paulo at the front desk, who helped carry my bags up the stairs since there was no elevator to the first floor, and Patricia, the cleaner, who quickly found a simple, effective solution to a bathroom issue without wasting time

Although it’s clearly stated (my mistake for not noticing it earlier), there’s no elevator to the first floor – it only starts from there. If you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s not ideal. Also, it’s mentioned that the hotel is in the main square, right near the cathedral, so there’s a lot of noise from the street. The windows are not soundproof, so if you have a front-facing room and are a light sleeper, it’s really loud. Inside the hotel, you can also hear everything from the next room. Breakfast is just okay. There are no options, so it’s basic – not bad, but not great. All of that would be acceptable. The real problem is the shower box. It’s extremely small, with a door opening of less than 30 cm, making it nearly impossible for someone to get in. I was traveling with my dad, who’s overweight and has a big belly. He couldn’t fit in the shower box. I asked at reception if all the bathrooms were like this, and they said yes. So, the first night my dad had to go without a shower. The next day, while they checked with the supervisor to find a solution (because my dad couldn’t go three nights without a shower), the cleaner, who was incredibly proactive, removed one of the shower doors to fix the situation. We still flooded the bathroom during showers, but at least it was a solution

The location is better than maps would suggest with plenty of restaurants around. Well connected to station, airport and all major spots.

Good for a couple of nights

Great location-only few minutes from the historical part of the city and from the bus/tram stops. The staff seemed nice and ready to help. The hotel itself needs some touch ups. The floor in the room didn’t look very clean; the bathroom faucet was covered in limestone and the toilet water wouldn’t stop running. The breakfast was okay. I think the hotel is overpriced for what’s offered, but I guess that’s how Luxembourg is.

The best location in Luxembourg - on the most important square in the old town - right opposite the town hall! You feel the charm of this amazing city! Starting point for all the sights! Very helpful staff! Since the elevator is between floors, they helped me with my luggage! Great breakfast!

Great location in the middle of the city - old town area. Accessible by tram or bus. Nice breakfast.

Location perfect

The location is excellent, parking garage around the corner, right in the old city centre. The hotel is good value for money considering the prices in luxemburg..

The beds for me were far too soft, this is of course personal taste and depends on your back. For me the bed was not conformtable at all and i slept poorly because of it. The breakfast was like a flashback to covid times.. it would have been much better if you could order or like have options instead of this is what youre getting, some things were too much other too little. Difficult, if you are not having a buffet available nor ask people what they would prefer for breakfast options.

Location is fantastic ( but be prepared to hear church bells chime and some noise from the square below. We were luckily higher up so the noise didn’t impact us . Great black out curtains so it’s possible to have a good nights sleep Comfortable bed

No fridge in room. Staff ( some) in restaurant . Be prepared , even if you’re a hotel guest requiring a *quick* cup of coffee you’re not welcome ( and made to feel distinctly unwelcome) unless you’ve pre-booked for a *full meal* First time this has ever happened in any hotel around the world . Especially annoying when there are no tea/coffee / fridge facilities in the room . Rooms were very warm , even in October
