The hotel is located very close to the main point of interest to me - the municipality building. Cosy room, clean sheets and toilet. Respectful staff.

Stay just for the owner.

Spacious ‘apartment’ in a superb location. Our hostess was 11 out of 10. She spoke Bulgarian, Russian and Spanish none of which we had in common but our interactions were a delight which we will remember for ever.

All a bit tired furniture and fittings wise but clean as a whistle.

It was a nice 2 days stop on the way to Greece.

The property is in a good condition. It has the necessary amenities. In the basement is a former restaurant where you can eat your food. Billa supermarket is in proximity. The hotel is very close to city center. During summer, it is very interesting a trip by gondola which is at 20min walk to the hotel.

The private parking space is limited to 2 cars and the access is difficult.

A cosy place with an excellent location and friendly staff.

An excellent location 5 minutes walking distance from the town center, a quiet and spacious room and a very friendly and supportive staff.

There was hardly hot water early in the morning as the hotel relied on solar panels for heating the water.

One of the best places I stayed during my two week Bulgaria trip. I loved both the city and my accomodation in this property. Outstanding value for money. Room was great. Very suitable for teleworking. I would definitely recommend!

Nothing really... WiFi disappeared a couple times, so we had to restart the router. Carpet is quite old, yet it is a small thing.

Excellent service and one of the kindest hosts I`ve met in a Bulgarian resort. If you are not looking for glamorous luxury but just a cozy, quiet comfortable place that is in the city center - this is it. Recommend!

Одлична локација у центру града и што је најбитније са својим паркингом.услужни домаћини који су на услузи сво време и дали нам на располагање ресторан чак смо добили и палачинке за добродошлицу.у соби велики телевизор све беспрекорно чисто и топло иако сезона још није почела.и ко у правим великим хотелима има папуче ,сет за шивење сет за бријање и прибор за чишћење и полирање обуће.све речи похвале и препоруке за госпођу Шени

Местоположението е в центъра на града. Селскостопанският пазар в неделя в гр. Банско е до хотела. А на този пазар има всичко. .Всички хубави заведения са съвсем близо. Разкошна гледка към върховете Тодорка и Вихрен. Вече само в този хотел ще отсядам. Ще го препоръчам на всички мой познати и роднини.

Всичко ми хареса. За в бъдеще ще отсядам само в този хотел.

La directrice de l’hôtel et les 2 réceptionnistes sont très accueillants et très sympathiques ! L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de la vieille ville de Bansko à 5 minutes à pieds de l’église Sainte Trinité. The hotel manager and the two receptionists are very welcoming and very friendly! The hotel is very well located in the center of the old town of Bansko, just a 5-minute walk from the Holy Trinity Church.
