Very good vfm choice with the services and the rooms as shown in booking.

The mattress could have been better-harder, as well as the pillows, and would prefer a solid floor rather than carpet, 10/10 value for money tho.

Great place on the way to/ from

I got a standard double on a last minute bargain as I usually stay in much cheaper places. Fantastic value for money for me. I enjoyed having a 16m pool to have a good swim and the sauna was very welcome.

The staff was friendly

This hotel may have been 4 stars 20 years ago, but today I wouldn't give it more than 1. There was old meat left in the fridge in our room, which was extremely unhygienic. We also developed skin irritation after using the bathroom products provided. The mosaic tiles in the pool were falling off, and even the elevator buttons were not working properly. Overall, the hotel felt very neglected and poorly maintained.

Good spa center, small but well maintained, shuttle was on point, warm room and hot water

Bed was too soft and moving because it was compressed off two mattresses one on top of each the other.

Hotel do not deserve 4 stars and need serious detailed refurbishment

The location of hotel is good if you look for quiet and peaceful place. Food was big disappointment especially serving of food and services provided during meals - no services and very often not enough cups or fresh brad as example...

Cleanliness was very poor, employees not skilled and motivated to support guests, especially at the reception, not interaction or support almost all look like that serve punishment there...when we came hotels looked like was open few days before after many year being out of service

It was a phenomenal place with a great location, amazing pool and spa facilities where you have a large swimming pool if you want to swim and a smaller one suitable for children.

The room and the facilities were dirty. Dirty spots in the elevator. Smelly bathroom. It is just not acceptable. This place has serious problems with the cleaning staff.

spider webs in the room, the extra bed for the kid was an extensible couch which was non usable because it was broken and the gym is almost non existent.

disgustingly dirty, the toilet smells bad, the whole bathroom is dirty, the sheets, the carpet. the pillows are very uncomfortable, the duvet is small. the staff is extremely rude! there were guests of the hotel who were aggressive towards others and under the influence of opiates. They did not call the police! I absolutely do not recommend!!! not worth the money at all

terrible…

the only two things that were good, was the room, big and spacious. (there was things that needs repairs in the room but anyways, was big enough). and second: the location. close to the centre.

First of all, so unprofessional staffs. the guy on the reception didn’t explain nothing. everything that we ask him he was unhappy to help/answer. The room was ready after 1,5hrs from the check in time. When we went in, there was no towels and bathrobes. they give us towels after 1hr and for the bathrobes we’ve ask three times, but the answer was “the cleaners will bring to you soon” so they give us the bathrobes next day (after 26hrs). The water in the pool (they said is 32 degrees) but was cold and even not 20degrees. The small kids pool the same, cold water. Everyone was waiting for the jacuzzi , but it was so small and only three people can go in. The sauna was also cold, even if you put some water on it, was not hot enough. the steam bath has bad smell (of mold ) . the heating in the corridors between the sauna and the pool was turned off, so everywhere was so cold. also the small things that was not working like (Tv in the room, hairdryer, no kettle in the room, no Even one bottle of the water). At the dinner, only water you can take. (no tea, no juice). And for the breakfast, there was a machine for the coffee but only one type of to choose. Hotel with 4stars but the quality wasn’t even for 2stars. NO WORTH FOR THE MONEY!!!! and definitely never come back, and will never recommend to anyone.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the suite nice and spacious. All together a bit outdated but the Spa area was big, quiet and had everything necessary.

The breakfast was below average and the servers were really struggling to refill. Also there was no blackout blinds on the east-facing windows that span the length of the room.

Less staff, most of the time they have no staff in Lobby bar and reception . The indoor pool the water and spa was too cold , maybe 20-22 ° .

Good

Everything was perfect, bisides the guests in the hotel. They were too noisy. The staff did all they can do, but still the tourists (greek groups) were very loud. The good thing is that the hotel gave me another room for free, where I could sleep. I wold suggest to the hoterl to call the police in such occasions.

Sauna was not always working or it was not hot enough, very basic breakfast selection. The first evening there was no heating and the room was very cold. The room was not cleaned during our three nights stay there
