The rooms have a really nice view of the skyline and the staff is friendly and helpful
I just didn’t like the fact breakfast doesn’t come with the stay & also I feel like they need to touch up the paint in the rooms. I noticed some chipped paint on the pillar and walls & it was a little difficult to unlock the bathroom door.

I love how I can only expect a clean a put together room with a fast in and out process.

Close to great restaurants and the federal building.
Parking was too expensive and not breakfast included.

Its pretty close to the aquarium
The shower leaked and woke you up at night because the water would hit the metal seemingly at random. the bed felt like plastic and parking is almost as expensive as the room. There is free breakfast at this location but funny enough the Hilton Garden Inn wasn't welcome there since there are two hotels here.

I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The corner room had amazing views and was perfect for getting work done. The staff were friendly, and housekeeping provided excellent service. Highly recommended.

The bed sheets could have been a bit more luxurious and thicker to better match the overall image of the hotel, which otherwise feels very upscale.

Nothing! Two hotels in one should be advertised
That there was 2 hotels and 1 staff

The clean modern look/vibe
The check-in was a little unorganized….
It was a holiday week so maybe that’s why…

We had a corner King room & the view was amazing.
The temperature of the room seemed to fluctuate. But everywhere that I have stayed in Chicago it’s cold. So no pun on the hotel really

The property appeared clean.
The appearance of some of the early morning (5am) staff were unpresentable. I also didn’t enjoy the speed of service. It took forever to be checked in. Rooms were not available at check in time. There was no apologies or acknowledgement for it. Elevators took FOREVER and it was not explained that you had to use your key card to operate the elevator. It was something we have to figure out on our own.

The view was amazing! Loved the location. Friendly staff!
Housekeeping could of did a better job. Not a big deal because we always clean before getting comfortable. Just wish they would have did better that day.

Location
The fact that even paying over $600 a night we didn’t have our room cleaned every day. At that price I expect at least the bed to be made and the trash to be removed daily. This hotel was definitely not worth how much we paid for it.

Nothing horrible staff.
Was told I would get a refund from having no ac in the room and no one came to fix it for us. Have been waiting over three months for a refund but everytime I call they never get to the bottom of giving me the refund THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME. They have huge attitudes and act like they are better than everyone and after trying to call again today to try to get my refund they hang up in my face once I say the work refund.

The front desk associate named Alexis helped recover an issue before we came to the location and continued to help us throughout our trip. I noticed her consistency with each guest at the property as they approached the front desk. She was also jumping in to help team members and proactive. This is a team player and big asset to the hotel.
A few of the guys I dealt with over the phone and one in person wasn’t very helpful. Lack of information to help with a situation concerning getting a credit card authorization. They acted like they wouldn’t be able to help me at all over the phone and to call back to speak with the office manager. I called back several times for two days straight with no luck on speaking with the manager or any help to get the form sent until I spoke with Alexis that recovered our situation. This was for a conference and needed to use a company card with my managers name on it. When we arrived we got there to early so came back later to check in and one of the men working the front desk took a joke about our braves attire to far acting like our reservation got lost or that he is going to cancel the reservation. Was funny at first but then started to make me feel uncomfortable because I was already worried beforehand about the card stuff.

Location to soldier field
Room wasn’t ready until after 4 when our event start at 5, staff wasn’t overly friendly. One night stay was outrageously priced

Me and my Woman really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They put us on a higher floor above the one I chose with the exact same location area which was the corner room and the view of the sunrise that we experienced from that room was lovely and very beautiful. We're from Chicago, but just wanted a quality time for us. We stay at the Hilton Grand side.
Only thing we will say is that we had to go to the front desk to ask to have more clean towels in our room.

Atrocious customer service. I tried contacting the hotel with more than 10 attempts in the 3 weeks after checkout and got no response. Booking.com customer service were helpful but also couldn’t reach the hotel. Appalling

The location was good for our purpose. The room is spacious and the shower is very well designed. Check in and check out was efficiently handled.
The air conditioner made a lot of noise. The temperature control is not very effective. One degree increase from 21C made the room suddenly very warm. The bed is too soft.

Beautiful View, Clean, Comfortable room.
Valet Drove my car very recklessly through the parking garage, wasn’t until the next day when I watched the dashcam footage and realized. To say the least, I was Furious. I Called the hotel, emailed them the video, was told they would report it and get back to me, now a week has gone by and I still haven’t heard anything from them. Very disappointed with the employees of this hotel.

We had a corner king room, the view was amazing!
Only down side is sharing the pool and hot tub with the other hotel, it gets pretty packed.

The location is great, walking distance to many attractions and GREAT food. The staff did at least take our concerns seriously after some pushing to help out. The pool, though a little crowded, was nice too!
The room we stayed in for the first night & day was 79-81 degrees at all times. The AC was set at or below 70, but the room never got below 79 while we were in there. We slept that way the first night hoping that it was just that the main power switch was initially turned off, but we both woke up sweating in the morning. The next day, we told the front desk and they sent maintenance in later that day. We stopped back at our room from our museum visit and the room was cooler, but still not as cool as the thermostat said it should be. We assumed it was working on cooling down and went to our event. We got back around 11:30 and found that the room was back up to 81. We called the front desk and were informed that maintenance was no longer there, but they would check if there was another room. We waited in the room for a callback for about 20 minutes. I decided to go downstairs to check in with the woman I talked to and she told me they were really booked up, but she would look (what were you doing in that 20 minutes before I came down?). Eventually after standing there at the desk for about another 20 minutes, she found us another room. It was much smaller and clearly used (when I say used, the bed was unmade like someone slept in it, open water bottles, half-drank coffee - thankfully they hadn’t used the bathroom much it seemed like). My husband and I moved our bedding 2 floors at 12AM so we didn’t have to sleep in the used bedding (we did ask for new bedding at the front desk, but all we could get was new pillow cases and 2 sheets). Not that it was a huge deal, but our shower handle was broken too. While I was down there talking to them about our maintenance request, there was another gentleman down there telling them he had the same issue with his shower handle among other things he was dealing with in his room. We’ve stayed here before and it was nice, but the experience was prettyyyy rough this go around.

Good location, elegant and clean.
The booking process is catastrophic. They simply refuse to respond to any emails. They don't react to Booking.com messages, nor to repeated emails. They fail to issue the invoice on time, and when they do, it's always incorrect. After that, they don't respond to any further messages.

I loved how nice the staff was and helpful during my stay. The room I got was very clean and I enjoyed it, but just wasn’t what I was expecting.
I paid for a corner room, told me on my reservations I was paying extra for a corner room. When I got there I got a room that face another building so I didn’t even get a view of anything, only people’s windows from the building across.

Great location! South Loop is wonderful! Perfect for families, business professionals, solo travelers and couples! Plenty to do, but also somehow a little quiet part of “downtown”.
We expected average and received below average. There was mold in the shower, bathroom shelves and nightstands dusty. Coffee machine not deep cleaned. Bedding and pillows were low quality. We were not given proper information about WiFi. Our room was below the gym, which was loud when someone was powerlifting. Housekeeping team did a morning meeting in the hallway at 8:30 am very loud speaking and giggling. I had to ask them to shhh. Restaurant attached smelled like old fryer oil.
