Be careful they take your money and no communication from hotel via this platform or direct email Very bad for a Hilton brand Would not recommend Also Bad communication via booking team and even cleaning team I was told after asking why my room was not cleaned or any clean towels considering the price you pay they told me you had to request it night before and made me feel little as if it was the normal American way they do things . No fresh towels or refills off coffee After then moving to the same brand hotel down the road HILTON ChICARGo they cleaned my room every day and laughed when I told them I was told you had to request this

Staff was extremely attentive, kind and responsive.

Very pricy. Prices went up almost x7 for the marathon weekend. Ended up making the overall price really high for 3 nights. What you would normally pay for 10 days ish.

Comfortable Stay

Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel has a Starbucks below it and is close to eating places and a mini market. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Luis at the Front Desk and Ashley at the Breakfast room.

Breakfast could do a little bit more as to food choices/options.

I’d recommend this place to others because of the staff & the WONDERFUL breakfast!!!

Staff was wonderful! Breakfast was fabulous!! Pool was great! Our room cleaner made the bed and tucked in my grandson’s Spider-Man & Lincoln Park Zoo flamingo every night. That was a very nice touch. Nice lake view.

The carpet in our room was so dirty that we had to wash our feet every night before bed and every time my grandson wanted up on the clean white bedspread.

Perfect for events at McCormick Center - amazing staff

Staff was amazing, breakfast was very good, bed comfortable, location super convenient for our convention, nearby restaurants were good. Pool was nice.

Snack kiosk was out of stock/ out of order. Would have appreciated vending machines on the floors. Tapping key in elevator was awkward. Place scanner higher up and on both sides. Microwave in room would be a plus.

It was confusing checking in. There were multiple lines but no one to say which line was for which hotel. Didn't tell me which elevator to use. Had to ask since each elevator took you to different place and your card wouldn't work in the elevator if you are in the wrong one. Nothing about the swimming pool or where to go for breakfast. Had to figure that out ourself. The valet, even if you pay nightly, you can only take out you car twice otherwise you will be charge additional each time you take it out. When we were leaving, the valet gave us our key but didn't even have our car there. Had to wait again 20 minutes after we already waited for 20 minutes prior. The shampoo and conditioner in our room was empty. Had to ask for restock.

Their parking is only paid but doesn’t give that info on the site. Also I was not informed upon check-in that the rooms were only housekept every other day. Even after requesting my room to have housekeeping I came back and nothing had been done.

Great location, plenty to see, the location has all of the great food places to eat. The navy pier is less then 2min drive. Like I said great location!!

My only issue was the elevators, as well as the maintenance. 3 hotels in one building can cause a bite of congestion in the lobby. I will definitely book again.

It was difficult to sleep with all the noise.

The room was clean.

It was very noisy constant loud music and we were on the 9th floor. Loud hallways. We could hear doors slamming, people yelling and being loud in the hall. They gave us a room that already had people staying in it. We had to go back and get a different room.

Good hotel if you are attending an event at the McCormick Center

Convenient location. It is connected to the McCormick Convention Center, Chinatown for the food and close enough to Michigan Av. It also has a laundromat and breakfast spread was decent

The location was very good. We were able to walk to soldier’s field (1 mi) and the museum campus (1.2 mi). The staff at the hotel was outstanding.

Inefficient staff, they took forever to respond to requests . Don’t pick phone when we call. Room cleaning was not good , cleaners just rearranged the bedsheets, didn’t vacuum and didn’t clean rest room . For such an expensive hotel- 400/n, services were pathetic. Breakfast was same and substandard.
