It was central, staff was incredibly helpful, everyone was kind and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable, also clean. The food was great, and they had 24 hours of coffee!

Major beverage spill in the elevator, I had to notify the hotel staff; breakfast area was closed with no notification, guests had to go to another breakfast area; mattress in bed needs to be flipped, it was lumpy.
