Major beverage spill in the elevator, I had to notify the hotel staff; breakfast area was closed with no notification, guests had to go to another breakfast area; mattress in bed needs to be flipped, it was lumpy.

Very good location, no issues with the staff (who were very friendly), very clean.
The hotel advertised high speed wifi. The "premium wifi" offered for a pretty steep price would have been considered fast in 2004. Breakfast buffet was frequently missing plates and silverware altogether. Upon arrival the hotel requires you to present a credit card and takes $75 per night as collateral; the check-in employee said this would go "right back on the card" yet this did not happen carving out a large chunk of my trip budget. As of writing I have still not gotten my $300 back. I'm assuming the hotel company does this in hopes that you'll spend money in the facility and charge it to your room rather than elsewhere to try and squeeze as much funds out of their guests as they possibly can. Very predatory practice, was not opt-in and there was no way to opt out. In any case of damages I would have rathered been sent a bill in the mail. I could hardly afford the trip I had planned for toward the end. Overall those working in the hotel did an amazing job and were very friendly but the corporation behind the whole operation holding $300 hostage during my stay in Chicago was very unwelcome. I will not be booking a room with this company ever again and will likely be sticking to Airbnbs going forward.

Very clean. Kitchen essentials provided. microwave, full size refrigerator and dish washer, nice breakfast buffet. hot shower and nice water pressure
the parking sucks. you have to pay 59$ per night for valet parking or try to find a street parking which is difficult given the location.

I enjoy the location. The room was so fine. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
There is nothing I didn’t like except for the way to get to the room. We stopped at 2 o’clock and they said to come back at three. We came at three and it wasn’t ready till 420.

Breakfast was great, everything in the room was working and clean, very quite rooms and nice facilities overall.
Parking fee of $50 a night was not anywhere in the description of the hotel. I would have stayed elsewhere if I new about this.

Breakfast was satisfactory. If you are staying for more than a few days, you may want to eat out, but it is certainly adequate if you don't want to leave the property.
Came for the marathon so the location was within walking distance of the expo and as a bonus, the final mile went past the hotel so my daughter was able to cheer me on.

The staff went above and beyond to help ensure I had an excellent experience. The issue I did have (my keycard reader died) was fixed almost immediately after we figured out what was happening. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. I'm gluten free, and it was easy to navigate. Also, they apparently have gluten free bread options, but I didn't try it because I got full off of everything else.

Seriously the entire hotel and hall ways and building smelled amazing like lavender, it was so nice.
Also, Ramon was AWESOME answering all my questions and helping me with early checkin!
I loved everything!

The location, staff and rooms
I booked two rooms. One for me and one for my nephew
Location: was excellent and close to AACC conference in McCormick place
Staff: The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. There was one gentleman in particular — unfortunately, I don’t remember his name — who was especially kind and very helpful.
Room: The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with kitchen essentials such as a microwave, plates, and cups and other equipment.

Great location. Beautiful establishment. Fast service.
No hotel bar, no hotel lunch/dinner unless you searched for it and hoped it wasn’t reserved. Property map was confusing at first. Called front desk and got it figured out.

I love how close it was to a CTA line, it made getting around the city easier. I love how friendly and welcoming the staff was, as well. They took care of us and I love how safe the hotel made us feel! The room was absolutely amazing, it had a little kitchen which was perfect, a little couch inside the room as well which was nice to be able to sit on that to watch TV instead of a bed. The bed was absolutely comfy, though. It felt like laying on a cloud. The bathroom was spacious and so clean, it was nice! The water pressure was perfect, too!
Overall, it was an amazing hotel in my opinion, and I will definitely stay there again in the future!

The gentleman at the front desk with glasses was so sweet and really helped us decide what to do locally before we went to the aquarium. He was always very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean and it was a pleasant experience
The water took forever to get hot and when it did get too hot it took forever to get cooled down, which isn’t great with kids. The parking also costed us an extra $120 due to having to use the public parking as the hotel does not have parking

Breakfast was good and plenty of it, great location to attend C2E2, rooms always clean & felt like a second home, great location for site seeing and surrounded by plenty of restaurants within walking distance, valet is a bonus.
ran out of dishes a few times during breakfast.

Very clean. The materials are well constructed, and the design choices felt current and not outdated at all. The lighting inside the room was terrific as well.
No complaints about the facility, but I wish the location had better walkable restaurants and coffee options nearby.

I didn’t like the price for Valet parking

Location great 2 minute walk to the L Green Line
Pool is way to small for this Hilton
Also the cleaning staff was rude I asked to get my bed sheets changed because my son got bit in the forehead by something and I woke up with bites all over my back. She looked at me like I was crazy.!!!!! These middle-class, high-end hotels should be changing bedsheets every visit they come clean rooms period.!

The facilities are good, the room is spacious. the location is good too.
yet, this hotel is not really for Muslims, as there were no arrangements for us to have breakfast during the month of Ramadan. We were promised food in the evening before the next day (breakfast), but the staff only promised, but did not arrange this (it would be better without any promises at all).
Breakfast (for kids) was - average, limited choice and almost no healthy food.

Great, location. Born & raised in Chicago. I do feel like the parking is a little extreme. But, convenient. I understand
The parking attendant don’t come to the car to get your keys, or the ONES DOING NOTHING JUST LET YOU STRUGGLE GETTING YOU LUGGAGE.

BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THEY HAD MORE THAN PORK ITEMS
I WAS CHARGED $7.50 FOR THEM TO SIGNE FOR MY PACKAGE THAT WAS DELIVERED TO ME

We stayed at the Home2Suites for a family trip while my husband attended a conference at a hotel down the street. We loved that there was a pool for the kids and a great free breakfast every morning. The rooms were spacious and fit our whole family. This location was just two blocks from the green line CTA train, which made traveling around the city a breeze.
I wished we were closer to better restaurants. It was hard to find great food that was close by after a long day of exploring. The kids would have also liked the pool to be a little warmer.

Beautiful location. Gorgeous interior. Good staff.
My son said sofa bed was not the most comfortable in comparison to others. Also drinks at pool bar RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Don't know why I paid $45 plus tip for two cocktails and an ice water.

Easy to get in and out of. Friendly, welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Clean.
Carpet in room had stains and needs to be replaced.
Costly to park.
