I would stay here again next time

The location was very convenient it was close to the downtown. Also very safe location

The only thing I don’t like is the parking space so very small if you guys driving the mini van it’s hard to park.

Overall this was a great hotel

Super modern, roomy, clean, fabulous breakfast, comfy beds

The sliding door to the bathroom has a frosted glass door, so every time a kid got up to go to the bathroom during the night the whole room lit up and woke us up. Not a problem during the day but at night is an issue. Maybe add some sort of opaque decal to the inside of the door to block the light?

The best hotel and staff in Chicago! Look no further!

The entire hotel is probably the cleanest I’ve ever experienced. Location is perfect. Close enough to most of the main Chicago attractions to be convenient, yet not right in the middle of the downtown chaos. Attached parking garage is a very welcome and convenient bonus and the $30/day parking cost is way more affordable than most hotels that are in the actual city and not in the suburbs. We appreciated the extra level of security that this hotel has in place like needing to scan your room key to activate the elevator and to enter the hotel from the parking garage. In a big city setting, this is welcome peace of mind. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and though we brought our own personal cleaning products, I appreciate that the products that are supplied in the hotel room (body wash, shampoo, conditioner) were full sized pump bottles and were of high quality, unlike the sample sized bottles found in most hotels. The beds were comfortable and our two queen bed suite with hide a bed in the couch was plenty roomy for our family of 5. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! Lots of options and healthy choices (such as turkey sausage, fresh fruits, and Greek yogurt) every day and rotating hot offerings as well. This is far nicer than the self serve waffle bar offered at most complimentary hotel breakfasts. To save hassle of city parking, we Ubered to most of the places we went and ride share pickup is immediately in front of the main hotel entrance. Very convenient! Having noon checkout is also appreciated and later than most standard checkout times we’ve had at other hotels. The Chinatown location is awesome! Lots of great food choices and shopping in walking distance of the hotel. The atmosphere is excellent and an experience in and of itself! Even better still is the hotel staff! Some of the friendliest and most helpful front desk staff we’ve ever had! Special shout out to Brian and Jing, who welcomed us as soon as we stepped in to check in.

Cozy and great location

The location was good. Everything was between 12 and 17 minutes away that we needed to visit…. Except the airport the airport is like 30 minute drive. The hotel was comfortable, and the room was spacious.

It was a pleasant stay with a minor glitch.

The location was prime. I enjoyed staying there. I found the room to be clean, the bed to be comfortable and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

We were upset with the parking situation. We paid $30 to park overnight in the lot that is attached to the hotel only to find we had no actual parking spot when we were trying to come in for the night. We had to park on the street and then go get the car in the morning while it was snowing. And the cleaning staff need to look closer at the toilet paper in holders in the bathrooms. There were a few suspicious brown spots on the wallpaper behind the paper holder. Too much fragrance is being used in the lobby. It caused me to have a headache immediately. Thankfully it did not smell like that on our floor or in the room.

The staff were great especially the overnight staff. Brittney was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was fresh and full of choices even towards the end. Well done!

There is construction happening right outside the building which made it hard to get to the place via uber.

Amazing room, friendly staff and good food

This was my first time visiting the US for the Chicago Marathon. The hotel’s location is very strategic — it’s close to McCormick Place, where the race pack collection took place, and only about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. I even went there several times for some shopping at the expo. The hotel is also conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to reach various places around the city. The hotel facilities and services were excellent. The room was very spacious, and it comfortably accommodated three of us thanks to the extra bed under the sofa. Breakfast was satisfying and well-balanced, offering a good selection of protein, fiber, and coffee. The service was great as well — the staff kindly provided additional access for the third guest staying in our room. Our room faced the back side of the building and while we could hear some train noise at night, it wasn’t too disturbing. The view of city in the morning is quite good. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and if I come back for the Chicago Marathon, I would definitely consider staying here again.

My first impression was that this was a joke. But the hotel is nice if you can get past the location

The hotel itself was a very nice clean facility. The lighting was really nice. The breakfast was good....lots of choices. The facility is new or appears to be new. The sofa with trundle in the room was spacious. The bathroom was quite nice also.

The parking was terrible, $30 nightly. It is not for SUVs, only compact cars. The outside looks suspect, or shady. We had wanted 2 queens and sofa bed x3 but got 3 king rooms. That was a challenge trying to change it. Bait and switch. I suggest going through the hotel instead of booking.com. When we arrived, all we could smell was fish/ well it is Chinatown.

It’s in a great spot. Plenty of good restaurants around and only a short walk to Wintrust Arena. My friends and I agreed that anytime we plan to visit the area, we’ll stay here. Bre at the front desk was great! She greeted us like friends and was very helpful!

Get a odd number room

The even number rooms are facing a busy freeway and train track. Very noisy all night long. Otherwise, the hotel is good in a fun Chinatown district with plenty of restaurants and shops around.

Hotel in a perfect location with big rooms!

It was within Chinatown which is a favorite spot while visiting Chicago. The room was so much bigger than I was expecting. My friend and I were really happy with the room! Will be booking again in a few weeks…have another concert to attend!

Big room with great trundle bed.

I would like to have bath tubs in the room or a pool and jacuzzi area to go to. I think the biggest part of vacationing is leisure time and it would be nice to do that on property without having to just lay in the bed.
