Panoramic views from a modern 13th floor apartment.

Excellent location directly reached from O' Hare airport: it's less than 10 minutes walk from the Blue Line station La Salle. Also works very well as a basis to reach the Museum Campus by a short bus ride. Large and well-equipped apartment with full kitchen facilities (not just essentials like cooker and fridge but also dishwasher, kettle and toaster) as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for those making a longer stay.

Generally, our stay was pleasant and affordable.

Breakfast, N/A. We liked the area as we used to live/rent at the AMLI property next door. In addition, we liked the amenities offered by the building.

We found the apartment extremely sterile rather than cozy. We had hoped for a more comfortable atmosphere, given how long we were staying. We would have appreciated a regular drip coffee pot, and the miniature ironing board was terrible.

Kasa South Loop is WONDERFUL!

This property is phenomenal. Location, apartment, security, comfort, city views, it had everything we needed and way more than we expected! Beds incredibly comfy, amenities all provided, quiet floors. Virtual staff was attentive and so very helpful. Instructions for check-in and out were very clear. I'm beyond happy we found this property!!!!!

I can't think of one thing we would have changed.

Perfect location with beautiful views

The views from the room were beautiful. I was here to run the chicago marathon and the location was perfect. It was a 10min walk to the start line. I will book this place again if I need to come back to chicago.

Fantastic but not for a single person

Cozy apartment in a great location.

Everything was good, but It was not clear how to use the electronic keys. Fortunately you can get in using the code, otherwise I would have been locked out. For a single person the apartment is so much expensive!

Excellent location. Beautiful grounds. Friendly front desk security. Free printing, when I needed to print something. Outstanding view. Super comfortable bed. I could go on and on. Highly recommend!

I have 2 things that I’d suggest to improve: a different pillow option. They were all very full and I ended up needed to sleep on a rolled up sweater because the pillows were way to big for me not to get a neck ache. I also wish there’d be a few covered Tupperware or food storage options. That’s it! Thanks!

The location was convenient and safe. Traveling solo this is very important. The building was quiet. The unit was clean and the view was great. Nicely decorated. Trying to find the end tables for my home.

The options for visitor parking if you weren’t staying at property weren’t good. I have family and friends who live in Chicago who would have liked to visit but onsite parking wasn’t an option.

" Don't Judge a Book By It's Cover"

Great location! Restaurants, Shopping & Entertainment was not too far away. Some places were in walking distances.

I didn't like the room size, and also that in the bathroom, over the bathtub that there was a large area of Black Mold, and that drippings from that area fell into the tub when the shower water was on. So the shower was not usable.There was also mold starting to form around the upper perimeters of the other walls in the bathroom. I notified Kasa, and after hours, Maintenance finally came, spayed a solution on it, waited an hour for it to dry, then painted over it, he stated "there was a ventilation issue".The next day, it started to re-appear. Also, the Balcony area had not been swept. There were big spider webs, on the railings, & the chair that was there was too wobbly to sit on. I reported that, also. The repair person came and said it he tried to repair it, but couldn't fix it , he would have to order another one. Unfortunately, it never came during the visit there. I was never offered another room or a discount from this and the mold situation was just a "quick fix," in my opinion.

I have an extra charge for $64 on my card. Unable to figure it out. Do not try to call their service center cause no one replies. If you like random additional charges on your credit card - this is a great place to stay.

Great views and perfect setup for our family with two single beds, one king and a pull out couch. Kitchen was well equipped too

The pillows. Wish I had more than one to chose from. Also could use more hooks in bathroom for towels. Little things that could make a difference but in general not a big deal. Also, I was not aware of Kasa changing my card two $250 security deposits. I thought this should be disclosed. Even though I left the apartment perfect I’m waiting 5-10 days for my $500. They should have disclosed this on booking.com

Amazing VIEWS....Awesome Location...Perfect Birthday Celebration

Directions and check-in instructions very clear and detailed. Entrances inviting, flowers, maintained. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The views from the room and balcony were A-MAZ-ING! Bed linens and mattress were most comfortable. Extra linens and pillows available. Perfectly furnished and decorated. Location to train station, Target, river and restaurants just PERFECT. TV was easy to use. It was all great and we WILL be back!

Front desk staff not very engaging. Frowning, looking bored, often didn't look at you or greet you (except to correct you) upon entering, but that was ok, not necessary. Rooftop access was supposed to be 6am (to see sunrise!) but it wasn't open until 7a,. I tried online help and got prompt responses but they just kept saying "do you have your fob?" DUH. Of course I did. AND then repeated the hours it was open. I was standing there! And it didn't open until 7am. I suspect Programmed not for Daylight Savings Time. I might also suggest some sort of nice, heavy duty, curtain on a ceiling track, between bedroom and living room so if one person still sleeping, the other can get up and make coffee with less light for person sleeping. ALL of these are VERY minor suggestions.

The room (both bedroom and bathroom) is spacious. They offer most of the essentials. Its about 15 mins walk from the metro.

The train noise is definitely loud. The elevators are very slow ( only 2 elevators), so people need to wait for a long time. Some shelves are not stable, so be careful when you close the closet.
