It was just fine, but no more than that

Restaurant was next door. It was good. I thought I was paying for a room with breakfast included. There was a room in the neighboring restaurant that looked as though it could be set up for breakfast, but it was not in service.

We couldn't see how to control the heat. It was too hot in the night and then cold in the morning

Super apartment - would absolutely recommend!

This was a terrific find! It's the perfect location for visiting Chicago, easy walking distance to many tourist attractions but also linked well with public transport. The apartment was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and had amazing views. Lots of nice places for food nearby.

The shower took a while to warm up but wasn't a major issue!

We loved the size of the room, perfect for the two of us. We used the gym everyday. The location couldn't be better.

The pool water was too cold to swim and I was told the temperature couldn't be raised. Too bad because that's one of the main reasons I chose Sentral.

Excellent apartment in a excellent city

Excellent location / View / Staff. We arrived late at night and the concierge was extremely helpful. 19th floor view of the lake was stunning day and night. Great shower, large comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Never had to use the kitchen as everything on the doorstep. Outdoor hot tub with a view was well worth having access to. Felt safe walking day and night. We were in Chicago for Ireland / New Zealand rugby game. We could see Soldiers Field from the apartment, and only 5 min walk to it through a beautiful park. Irish pub beside us for match day, (need to be there before 9.30am on match days), and subway short stroll. We fell in love with Chicago and this apartment was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back.

It's nearby most of the tourist attractions in the city, and if not, you have near access to the CTA public transport. Beautiful place, great amenities. Definitely would recommend.

Great location and great value in the Chicago area.

Great location. Sun facing building, so sunlight wasn’t blocked by other buildings . . . Keeping the unit warm during the cool days. Also each unit had it’s own climate control for heating/cooling. This is a plus, as other units in Chicago does not offer this. Also laundry facilities inside the unit was very valuable. Staff was very helpful when we needed something.

Wasn’t as clean as we expected. There were food items left in refrig and empty cups under the bed. The guest room closet smelled like mold and we just avoided using it all together.

Apartment was worn with dirty carpet and furniture. Hot tub was not working properly, with low temp and malfunctioning jets. Only two rolls of toilet paper and two towels for a five-night stay, so we had to ask for more.

Lovely location great view of lake and soldier field from our apartment Gym pool and hot tub were fantastic Apartment great size little bit dated in places (rugs stained) so could just do with a little top up here and there but didn’t effect our stay as it was clean. Staff really helpful and friendly Just short walk into main city parts but felt safe. Nice little bistro attached also Lots of facilities in room. Bathrooms x2 all good and clean. Kitchen nice just no tin opener. Dishwasher dryer and washing machine provides nice touch that you get couple tabs to use them which is all we needed staying for 5 days

I loved the location. It is by a lot of great things to do. The apartment was beautiful with an amazing view of downtown. I loved the service I received from the staff! Lavi was so nice, helpful and pleasant!

Way overpriced given the faults described.

Location. Washing machine and dryer.

Charge for early check-in. Long wait for lifts. Carpets in apartment were filthy and stained. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Curtains in bedroom were broken. Towel rail in bathroom almost falling off the wall.

Adequate for a weekend stay

The location is definitely the best aspect of staying here. The size of the studio apartment was also adequate for a few days. We appreciated having a kitchen with basic equipment, e.g., pots and coffee maker. Sound-proofing was good. View of Grant Park and the water was very nice.

The cost of the room didn't reflect the quality of the accommodation. Although there was shower gel and shampoo, there was no soap in the bathroom. The shower was also not very clean and the water pressure wasn't great. Parking was expensive for the weekend, so if driving to Chicago this would be an important consideration. Late checkout was an option but also at a significant cost. The building is very busy, so there was a bit of a wait for elevators.

Great location with 6/10 accommodations and comfort.

It was close to Grant Park and other areas we needed to walk to during our stay.

The room itself was in poor condition. Both of the bathroom faucets were very loose, and I had to tighten them myself to make it functional. The flooring was in bad shape. There was a cover over the sofa that looked worn and dirty, and the beds were very small and uncomfortable. I was under the impression that this would be a luxurious stay based on the reviews and price/night. I will choose a high-end hotel next time, save some money, and be much happier with the accommodations.

Loved it!

great location. Close to central area and very Close to Soldier field for those there are attending concerts or other events there. Coffee in the lobby in the mornings and also a nice little coffee-bar at the supermarket just next door. Very nice to have the pool and the hot tub at floor 7. It is very nice do not miss trying it out. We had á 2 bedroom (and two bathroom) appartment for 1 week. The appartment was large and very spacious. Amazing view! Staff was very nice, polite and helpfull. The restaurant next door is also very nice. we loved this kind of mix og rb&b and appartment hotell Would come again and look at Sentral option in other cities too.

great place to be to visit Chicago

We liked the location, it was easy to find and to get around.. apartment was spacious and not fussy...

some of the fittings in the rooms were a little shaky,,, towel rails etc, concerned they may fall off so did not use them... could do with someone checking and tightening..did not like policy that even for a half hour extension they would charge.. experience to date is that provided they did not need the room immediately a one hour later check out would not be charged.. surprised at the rigidity of the policy..

Great location, lovely room and pool. Friendly staff and they had two toddler beds nicely made up for us when we arrived.

We were asked to pay over $100 to check in a few hours early even though our room was already ready (especially frustrating as they have no public baby changing facilities and so we had to change nappies on a bench outside!!), totally ridiculous. They did hold our bags for us instead so that we could go visit around which was normal. They have 2 massive public restrooms, they need to install nappy changing tables if they don’t want people changing nappies in the pool area.

Beautiful aparthotel

The venue is lovely with nice decor and facilities. The gym was well equipped. They have a way for you to receive mail there. Inside the room, there was a cooker, plates and cutlery, washing facilities and plenty of storage. It is easy to find and navigate. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
