Dirty and not fit for purpose until rectified

MOSQUITOE INFESTED UNIT

Looks modern, especially the kitchen, close to shopping centers.

I understand that they didn't list it as with an airconditioner unit. However, they should be considerate in providing at least a fan for ventilation. They advised us to keep the windows open in which we did. We ended up with dozens of mosquito bites. At 0230, we were up killing bloody mosquitoes instead of sleeping.. Suffocating unit with lots of mosquitoes. It was a horrible stay.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

There was no air conditioner, not even a fan, and it was extremely hot inside the apartment. I've never stayed in any homestay without at least basic cooling—this was unbearable. The check-in office is not within walking distance from the apartment. There’s no luggage storage service available, which caused major inconvenience, especially since I had booked two separate apartments from the same host back-to-back. I initially booked the first one, but when I wanted to extend, it was already sold out, so I booked another unit from the same host. Despite this, I still had to check out at 11:00 AM and wait until 2:00 PM to check in again, with nowhere to go and nothing to do for three hours. The check-in office is around 20 minutes away by metro and walking. The kitchen lacked a microwave, so I couldn't reheat any takeaway food. The water heater was also not very clean. What shocked me most was that I lost my adapter in the apartment — I'm absolutely certain I left it there. I contacted the host just a few hours after check-out, but was told nothing had been found. Honestly, I know who must have taken it. I strongly advise: never leave anything behind in the apartment, because the housekeeper will take it without notifying you, regardless of its value. The scariest part: despite the clear rule that check-out time is 11:00 AM (which I had carefully read in their long list of house rules), someone tried to unlock my door at 10:45 AM while I was still inside — alone, and in the middle of changing clothes. It was terrifying and deeply disturbing.

I highly recommend it!

The location was great. A 3 minute walk to onze lieve vrouw chatedraal. Supermarket Delhaize and trendy coffee shops in the same block. Still quiet at night to rest. The apartment is very big with lots of light and well equipped. It has 4 separate beds, 2 being in the living space and 2 in the bedroom. Kitchen has all that you need. Efficient way to pick up key and 5 minute walk to property. Staff very friendly.

The pressure of the water in the shower. There was no communication prior to booking about the prohibition to invite someone outiside the original reservation. There is a a sign at the door about having to pay €25 for any extra visitors and they need to authorized it. Otherwise they charge €900 to your credit card.

Spacious with great location

The apartments are very big, with two bedrooms and a whole kitchen with dining place. Overall very cosy and convenient. The location is great, right in the centre but on the quiet and cosy street, easy to move around. Good for big families

City Trip was amazing.

The apartment was easy to find and when we arrived someone was waiting for us at the door. The check-in went smooth and clear. There was all we needed in the apartment. Also we liked the atmosphere of the area. Lovely apartment.

Prima basisplek voor een weekendje weg

De locatie. Bij een leuk straatje overdag en slechts enkele stappen verwijderd van het historische centrum. Tip: heerlijk onbijt en chai latté bij Capri Coffee. Hier hebben we alle ochtenden onbijt op met onze vriendengroep. Ook kun je op de hoek met een app voor 5 euro per dag fietsen huren (max. 30 minuten per rit anders iets duurder.) Was een goede en leuke manier om de omliggende buurten te verkennen. Wij hadden het bovenste appartement, wel wat trappen lopen maar daardoor vrijwel geen geluidsoverlast terwijl je vlakbij de kroegjes zit.

Enkele matrassen / kussens hadden (oude) vlekken. Beddengoed rook gelukkig wel fris verder maar viel wel op. We miste wat handige zaken zoals flesopener of een kapstok maar voor een weekend prima plek. We waren vooral eropuit en daar om te slapen. Tip: de temperatuurknop van de douche even goed op heet zetten. Moet op temperatuur komen. We dachten eerst alleen koud water te hebben maar werkte erna prima.

Goedkoop op een pracht locatie.

De locatie was fantastisch. Communicatie met personeel verliep snel. Voor de prijs prima.

Het water was veelal koud. Weinig servies, geen bierglazen, geen wijnglazen. 1 theedoek voor gehele verblijf (3 nachten). Koffiezet apparaat waar je maar 1 kopje per keer mee kan zetten. De banken hebben hun beste tijd gehad.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage, leider nicht die sauberste

Tolle Lage, aber jedem, der in der Innenstadt bucht, muss klar sein, dass es nicht leise ist. Wir haben es genossen, alle zu Fuß erledigen zu können.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, die eine Guindreinigung nötig hat. Sehr viel Staub & alter Schmutz. Duschtüre schließt nicht.

Er is maar één badkamer en één toilet die dan nog eens op die badkamer is. Niet proper, hele vuile ramen én nog een onderbroek op de vensterbank.

Heel tevreden over ons kort verblijf in het prachtige appartement.

De locatie was goed, dicht bij de Groenplaats, waardoor je eenmaal gesetteld, geen alternatief vervoer meer nodig hebt. De accommodatie was proper.

De koffiezet was wat beperkt, je kon slechts 1 tas per keer maken, terwijl we daar logeerden met een gezelschap van 11 personen. Gelukkig dronk niet iedereen koffie. De zetels zijn wat minder om op te slapen, de tweepersoonsbedden zijn 1,40 m breed, voor een warme nacht wat minder aan te raden om hier met 2 in te slapen.

Heel heel erg slecht, wekelijks huur ik via booking voor werk maar dit is van de 100 boekingen de slechtste

Het enige wat mij beviel was dat het midden in het centrum is. Had het appartement op de bovenste verdieping. Alle ramen daar zijn de klinken bij gedemonteerd zodat er nog maar 1 uitgang is, als hier brand ontstaat kun je geen kant meer op. De matrassen zijn gewoon te ranzig voor woorden. De badkamer was smerig. De warmteterugwin installatie maakt een hoop herrie, zoveel dat je geen goede nachtrust hebt. Op dacht 1 werd er in het appartement onder mij een feestje gehouden tot 6.30 in de ochtend. De dag erop lagen hier wel 30 lachgastanks op de gang, deze hebben hier 2 dagen gelegen. Ook de eerste dag geen warm water gehad.

Het appartement is schoon en ligt centraal, maar is wat karig uitgerust en niet conform foto's.

Lag op de route vanaf het station. Inchecken ging makkelijk. Communicatie ook. We hebben op verzoek wat extra bed- en badlinnen gekregen. De ligging van het appartement is top.

Wij waren met een groep van 7 personen (geen stelletjes). We hebben het appartement met 1 slaapkamer geboekt, met de reden dat we met de futonbedden en de slaapbank zouden kunnen gebruiken. Er waren 4 2-persoonsbedden opgemaakt. Er lag nog een matras onder een bed, maar de slaapbanken hebben we niet gezien. Er was een vaatwasser zonder binnenwerk dat geen deel uitmaakte van de boeking. Dat is op zich niet zo erg, maar de keuken, hoewel uitstekend van formaat, was erg mager bedeeld met glaswerk, servies, bestek etc. Jammer.

Schönes, sauberes Apartment in bester Lage

Das Apartment war genau wie auf en Fotos. Es gab sogar noch ein Bett mehr als auf den Fotos. Wirklich nett eingerichtet. Bei Schlüsselübergabe in der Rezeption (an anderem Ort) erhielt man mehrere Erklärvideos zur Nutzung. Sehr praktisch! Alles war sauber! Sehr gut gelegen in einer kleinen Fußgängerzone mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Optimal, um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Die Betten waren nicht wirklich unbequem, aber doch ein wenig wackelig. Sie knarrten bei jeder Bewegung. Das war etwas störend. Manch einer mag ein TV vermissen - uns hat es nicht gefehlt.

großzügiges, modernes Innenstadt-Apartment

Ich war im zweiten Stock des Hauses. Jedes Stockwerk ist ein Apartment, das von der Front auf die Fußgängerzone in einen gemütlichen Hinterhof reicht. Vorne Schlafsofas und hinten ein King-Size-Bett. Die Fenster lassen sich nur teilweise öffnen. Heizung und warme Dusche funktionierte. Küche war super ausgestattet. Einrichtung modern gehalten. Schlüsselübergabe 15 Minuten Fußweg hat gut geklappt.

Da es Apartments für größere Gruppen sind, können die Nachbarn auch mal lauter werden. Die Häuser sind hellhörig. Ich hatte Glück.

Prima voor 1 nachtje maar dit was wel de laatste keer

De locatie lag heel centraal. Minpunt was echter dat er tit in de late uurtjes veel herrie op straat is. Daarnaast kun je de auto niet dichtbij parkeren en dat was erg onhandig.

De accommodatie bestond achteraf gezien uit 2 appartementen maar op booking lijkt het net of alle foto’s op 1 appartement betrekking hadden. Het boven appartement was aan anderen verhuurd die een feestje besloten te bouwen tot half 4 ‘s nachts. We hebben hierdoor geen oog dicht gedaan.
