The pics do not show the same Apartment that was offered to us. All was very old and not confortable or light full.

For the price it was okay but we won’t be back.

The location was decent. Their communication was very good.

The apartment was pretty filthy, stained, crusty couch, mold in the silicone in the bathrooms. It could be easily fixed. We decided to sleep on the matras on the floor than on the couch, it seemed cleaner than the couch. One of the other couch beds was broken, so when one person moved, the other one would fly up. We also didn’t like the number of threats listed everywhere. Threatening to fine €1000 for inviting someone for 5 minutes, and being kicked out immediately, and other threats about fining you is pretty poor taste. Threatening that they observe you on cameras and will know what you do and who goes in the apartment was also pretty bad. If we ever come back to Antwerpen we will not stay here.

Great place to stay that needs a little renovation.

The location was great, the place definitely has a soul and the staff was nice.

The couch didn't look very clean. The hardwood floor was coming off the concrete, and needed to be redone. The shower needs a little work.

The location is great. Right in the center. There's an elevator in the building. Very spacious living room.

Light filled simple apartment, a little tired around the edges but a good base to explore The City.

The check in team are on the ball and call you at midday to check your arrival time. Everything is clean and there are plenty of windows and natural light. More than enough space and located on a street leading to the Cathedral

The property is tired and the utensils and appliances are very worn but what do you expect for the price? No washing machine or freezer. No towels for the bathroom, remember to bring your own.

The worst place we‘ve ever stayed at!

The location was ok. Very central, but in the students‘ area, so very loud. Also the street in front was being worked on, so very loud very early in the morning.

The apartment is in a very bad state. Bed, couches and chairs so old, you had the feeling of falling through them. It was very badly cleaned: dead bugs and hair on the floor, sticky where you walked, lots of dust on the bathroom cabinet. Filthy bedspreads that gave me a rash. The cooker was so filthy you didn’t want to cook on it. The apartment smelled of old smoke, even though the windows don’t shut properly. The worst place we‘ve ever stayed at!

Spacious & good value for money

Very spacious, great location, super friendly staff, and great value for money. I spent 3 days in a normal hotel room and then 1 night here, and let me tell you, the hotel room was over double the price per night, was very small, and the staff weren’t very friendly - so this apartment was great! It’s not very luxurious though but you get what you pay for.

It is likely that I come back to this place.

The views over the Cathedral and other churches (such a St Jakob). Excellent situation in the heart of Antwerp. Recently painted. Fast reaction from hosts to my messages and queries.

I am a person who feels cold at higher temperatures than others, so some heating would have been handy for me. More equipment in the kitchen (such as a toaster) would be useful, but I am told they plan to add this in the future.

A beautiful apartment in the city centre of Antwerp

The location of the apartment is near the city center, but the key pick-up is a little bit further away from the train station Antwerp Central. It easy to get the keys from the pick-up centre by public transportation, bike or as we went with a scooter. The host was very friendly he told us a lot of information about the apartment and the location. He also gave us some information about the must-sees of Antwerp which were really nice. He sent us a lot of instruction videos for the apartment and if we had anymore questions we could always send him a text. The apartment was as described and what you could see on the pictures.

The room could have been a little more clean. Especially the cabinets of the kitchen and the floors of the (living) room. The apartment is in the city centre of Antwerp which means there is a lot of noice in the evening and in the night from people who are going out for drinks or to party. This can be annoying, but I think this is almost everywhere in the city centre of Antwerp.

Nice apartment in the city center

excellent location and easy access. lots of beds; ideal for family and friends. The apartment is fully equipped with all you need. check in was easy and very through; great explanation about everything. Good staff.

As this is an old building the apartment walls are quite thin and you can hear everything outside. I was not able to sleep because of this unfortunately. the bed must be updated as the mattress is not too comfortable.

Very good

Perfect location to visit Antwerp. Friendliness of staff at pickup of the keys. Also the easiness to pay and book for 2 nights for an additional friend, even after our arrival was really a lot appreciated by us. The appartement has all amenities you need for your stay. We would definitely book it again.

When we picked up the key we were asked to give a “10” rating. Don’t like that kind of way of pressure put on me. The hallway whilst entering the building was really dirty and looked not cleaned in a long while. I forgot to make a picture of it. But the appartment was clean and spacious and gave us all we needed for our stay.

I wish someone write this review so I will know not to stay here. 1. The pictures are REALLY misleading and most likely heavily edited. The real place is quite OLD and Dirty. 2. Someone bang on the door really loud trying to get in and get our keys at 8AM. There is ABSOLUTELY no one you can contact for help. security team work only 5AM, staff start working at 10AM. so from 5-10AM you are on your own. I reported the issue at 8AM, the staff reply at all until I try to contact again at 2PM. very unsafe. 3. No Hanging place for cloths and jackets. 4. No towels given like the photos, only one shower towel per person (no floor towel in restroom, no face towels etc) but it is given upon request. 5. Extra bed (not sofa bed) was uncomfortable to sleep in. I’ve slept on more comfortable sofa beds than this. 6. Unused bed sheet had multiple hair strands on it.

Handig verblijf in centrum, eenvoudig maar compleet, schoon en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Ligging in centrum. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhoudig, Prima ruimte voor 2 tot 4 personen. Prima kitchinette.

Was vrij gehorig, 's nachts na het uitgaan langslopende vrij luidruchtige jongeren en 's morgens vroeg wegwerkzaamheden in de straat. Verblijf met meer dan 4 tot 6 personen zeker mogelijk maar mi dan niet erg comfertabel. Sleutelophaalpunt royale openingstijden maar dag voor aankomst moest je aangeven hoe laat je sleutel wilde ophalen. Niet prettig dat je dan aan een tijd gebonden bent en ook niet nodig omdat ze toch open zijn.

Oud, versleten, vies

De locatie is ideaal op slechts een paar minuten loopafstand van de beroemde winkelstraat en het bruisende centrum.

Het appartement is oud, en alles is versleten. Gordijnen met gaten erin die half los hangen. In de slaapkamer is de vloerbedekking gescheurd en verder is eigenlijk alles in dit appartement oud. Daarnaast: vies! Bruine drek tussen de radiatoren en een vieze en vettige laag op alle lampen bijvoorbeeld. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

La posizione tranquilla ma vicino alla via principale, la dimensione e la luminosità. Tutti gentili e accoglienti anche alla mia richiesta di letti separati anziché matrimoniale

Andrebbe migliorato leggermente il livello di pulizia. Dato che erano presenti lavori in corso sulla strada avrei preferito essere avvisato dalla struttura in quanto i lavori sono stati molto rumorosi per dormire bene.
