Good location in center

We didn't have wifi for 3 days (half of our stay there) The heating and boiler didn't work the first day, someone had to come and fix them, even when they did, they kept having errors for the rest of the trip, with us manually having to try things out on the thermostat and boiler to have them working. The apartment wasn't that clean there were a lot of stains on the towels, the bed sheets also had stains or some were straight up dirty. The fridge didn't work, there was a small replacement fridge that didn't have a freezer compartment. The kitchen hood had an intense smell of plastic whenever we tried to use it to cook. One hair dryer almost exploded the moment we turned it on, the other could only last for about a minute before it got too hot and you had to turn it off. The number they gave us to contact for problems didn't work with Whatsapp or Viber (only direct calls which we couldn't do since we were from a different country). Definitely one of my worst booking experiences.

Nice apartment located close to public transport and walking distance to Historic Antwerp.

I had to collect the keys from a different location but it was relatively close to the actual apartment so that was ok. The apartment was in a good location and within walking distance from the Central Station and the Old Historic town.

It was a bit difficult when you arrived early to wait around with your bags before you can check in and there was no place to store you bags after check out. It would be nice to have that option but we managed.

The worst place ever

It was terrible at the first day when I arrive the hot water wasn't work and it took him seven hours to fix it.. the fridge wasn't work and all the food that I bought goes to trash. The smell inside the fridge like someone died there In the bathroom the water didn't go down on the sink it's took time. How is it possible to give to people to live like this ? This is the worst place I've ever been

Beautiful apartment with good location

Good location. Apartments were clean and beautiful, especially i loved bathroom. I liked that they had kitchen in apartment with all kitchen utensils.

I liked the location and the cleanliness. Also that the property owners right away replied to my complaint about loud neighbors!

The pillows were really tiny and not comfortable. Besides that, one floor up there was a group of loud people, pouring down their bottle of alcohol over our balcony. I think the noisiness of the apartments are good, but we just had bad luck with this. We also woke up in the middle of the night when they came back to their rooms and were way too loud! So yeah, a group of drunk women sums it up.

it's a nice appartment and the location is great. but this is not big enough for 9 people to stay. 3 of us had to sleep on the ground. There are beds for 6 people

Exceptional

Clean place, extremely friendly and professional staff, especially the young man I dealt with. His name was similar to Cobby. :-)) Paid covered parking within a 100 meters. Kitchen very generously stacked. Plenty of dishes and pots. Nice furnishings. Comfortable beds. Clean linen. A very comfortable and pleasurable stay. This agency has several apartments in Antwerp. Very flexible and workable professional staff.

Nice apartment though average experience

I enjoyed the size of the apartment, style, location, beds, accessibility by wheelchair, bathroom.

There were lots of dust on lamps and radiators. I have asked to clean it. Next day the cleaning was done just in living room. I have complained. The guy answer showed an attitude: "But we cant come here everyday to clean". The next day they cleaned bedrooms lamps. Bathroom lamp was not cleaned during all stay. I called owners on two phones and nobody picked up and nobody called back.

Excellent location and great value for money. A lovely kitchen. Nice and quiet too - was pleased to see signs throughout the block on how seriously they enforce 'no parties'.

A hairdryer, even a cheap one, would have been helpful.

1. the key of the room was not correct and could not lock the room 2. we received 2 x phone numbers who we should call in case of problems during the night Both numbers where not reachable 3. The crane was broken and this was communicated, the person from the hotel informed that they would fix it. which did not took place.

Diep teleurstellend

De ligging van het appartement was perfect.

Omze sleutel voor de voordeur werkte niet goed, iedere keer stonden we zeker 15 minuten te proberen voordat de deur open ging. Binnen hing een zeer vieze lucht die ook niet wegging als we de ramen open hadden. Wij hadden 2 appartementen voor in totaal 13 personen. Meer dan de helft van de mensen klaagde over het matras en de grootte van het bed. Dit was eigenlijk te klein om met 2 volwassen personen in te slapen. 1 koelkast deed het niet. De vaatwasser was buiten gebruik. De lampen flikkerde. De hoofdkussens waren een ramp. 1 avond hadden we geen verwarming en warm water, dit is echter wel redelijk snel opgelost door de host.

het was een ruim appartement op een goede locatie. vanuit het appartement de stad in ging moeiteloos en ook in het appartement kon je gemakkelijk koken etc.

het appartement was lichtelijk rommelig achtergelaten, vooral de oven was compleet verbrand en stonk. en de deuren waren stuk. Er waren ook vervelende buren / jongeren die om 3 uur snachts keihard op onze deur gingen bonken, die gelukkig op slot was, anders waren ze binnen gekomen...

IJskoude douche, dekbedden met allemaal vlekken, vieze keuken. Koelkast in keuken zelf werkt niet, daarom wel een losse koelkast in woonkamer geplaatst. Erg ongezellig appartement. Wel groot. Geen reacties op berichten over koud water, zijn niet bereikbaar. Hebben niet kunnen douchen na avond in Afas Dome.

L'emplacement est parfait à côté d'une grande rue commerçante, Le salon est spacieux.

Il manque des éléments de cuisine passoire etc... Pas de double vitrage ni d isolation donc on entend les étudiants fêtards, odeur de cigarette dégoûtante imprégnée dans la literie, problème d eau chaude qui a rendu les douches très compliquées, un frigo qui ne marche pas laissé avec un autre de rechange en plein salon sans être prévenus, une porte d entrée d immeuble avec poignée cassée qui ne s ouvre pas

De locatie was top! Ruim appartement en het appartement zelf prima schoongemaakt. De gezamenlijke hal mag wel wat schoner.

De bedden zijn klein, het zijn geen 2 persoonsbedden maar twijfelaars. En de vaatwasser kan niet gebruikt worden.

Es gab genug Toilettenpapier. Es ist oberflächlich sauber. Die Bettwäsche ist sauber. Es gab 1(!) mittleres Handtuch pro Person. Der Haartrockner hat funktioniert, ebenso die Ablüftung auf der Toilette.

Die Fotos von den Appartements bei Booking com stimmen nicht! Ich hatte das Appartement 2L. Es braucht dringend (!) ein make over! Die Möbel sind alt, wackelig, abgewohnt und passen nicht zueinander. Die Sessel im Ess-Wohnzimmer sind durchgesessen. Wenn man die wackeligen Stühle beim Esstisch (niedriger Ikea-Style) verrücken möchte, hat man die Stuhllehne in der Hand. Die ausklappbaren Sofas lassen sich nicht arretieren. (Siehe Fotos: graue Sofas) Alles ist alt: die alten Zimmertüren mit Schrammen lassen sich nur mit Kraft schließen. Alles hat den Charme einer alten Jugendherberge mit Plastikblumen als Dekoration. Der Kühlschrank in der Küchenzeile stinkt innen und die Geschirrspülmaschine, die man nicht benutzen darf, stinkt ebenso. Der Herd hat eingebrannte Flecken, die Kochutensilien sind alt und nicht sauber. Der andere einzelne Kühlschrank im Ess-/Wohnzimmer macht laute Geräusche und ist obendrauf dreckig. Das Bad macht einen besseren Eindruck, aber leider läuft das Wasser in der Dusche schlecht ab, man steht beim Duschen im gestauten Wasser und es gibt Schimmelbildung in den Ecken. Das Appartement ist extrem hellhörig, man kann Gespräche, sexuelle Aktivitäten und Stühle/Sessel verstellen aus dem darüber liegenden Appartement LEIDER sehr gut hören: ->Ohrenstöpsel sind unerlässlich! Man hört ebenso alle Geräusche (Reinigungsarbeiten, Menschen, die rauf und runter gehen) aus dem engen Treppenhaus auch gut im Appartement. . Die Fenster lassen sich nur mit Kraft öffnen und schließen, sie haben keine Schallisolierung. Die Bettinlays /Bettdecken sind schmutzig (siehe Schrankfoto) und riechen unangenehm nach vielen Vorbenutzern,! Auch die Bettdecken und Kissen sehen schlimm aus. Werden die nie gewaschen und desinfiziert? Das ist richtig ekelhaft! An den Wänden und Vorhängen gibt es überall zerquetschte Moskitos und Abriebspuren. Das ist ebenso ekelhaft! Mikrowelle?

Prima basic en schoon appartement

Bleek dat ik geen warm water had in appartement. Kwam ik pas in de avond achter na business meeting. Had niet gecontroleerd bij aankomst helaas. Koud gedouched (overheerlijk overigens) en na sturen mail naar host kwam smorgens de TD en is t probleem met de ketel verholpen. Verder prima appartement voor dat kleine geld. Top lokatie 50 meter van de Meir

Ruim en goedkoop. Voor de rest niets.

Er zijn altijd enorm luidruchtige mensen in het gebouw waar niets aan gedaan wordt. Het raam in een van de kamers en het raam van het terras sluit niet. Enorm veel muggen. Vuile zetels en de ruimtes zijn niet deftig gekuist. Warm water is er niet of moet je een eeuwigheid op wachten. Verwarming werkte helft van de keren niet. Vaak een stank van vuilnis in de hal als je binnenkomt. Slechte met communicatie met de mensen die het verhuren en de mensen die de sleutels regelen.
