Heating didn’t work, I had to move out in order not to freeze to death. In addition, the windows don’t fully close and you can hear everything happening outside.

Stay in Antwerp

Check-in was at an Office a short walk from the station and was quick an easy. Then it was a short stroll to the square where the appartment is located. We spotted the entrance with a little guidance from the server at the restaurant who's door you enter from. Next was a climb up the spiral staircase to the lovely apparentment which overlooks the square, offering some lovely views. The kitchen has a hob, oven (which we couldnt get working due to an "Open door" error), microwave and fridge. Everything you'd need. The bedroom and bed was comfy.

As this is an old building with very little insulation, noise from other floors is extremely noticable. So much so that we were woken repeatedly from midnight until around 2am by a group of women in the appartment above who got louder and louder. According to the notice inside our appartment their are 4 night guard who are in charge of the building of behalf of the owner, and have the authority to revoke anyone's reservation in the house rules are broken. After contacting the numbers given and getting no answer, a shout upstairs to tell them to shut up in no uncertain terms did the trick. Understand people are having a break, but a little respect for others wouldnt go a miss.

Could be better but nice location and apartment

Location is great and apartment very nice.

The shower and sink had drainage issues, we couldn’t run the shower for long as water kept filling at our feet. Also there was no Electricity, we messaged the owners on number provided but no reply until we were leaving. No offer of refund or money back either. It’s a shame as the place is lovely and in a great location.

Very dirty, bedding for sofa beds but no pillow cases or duvet covers, only 2 small towels, kitchen not well equipped.

Location is amazing. Property has amazing character. Contemporary style. Beautiful views. Good kitchen and bathroom.

Not enough towels No bottle opener Worse aspect was noise level, windows are good but no sound proofing between floors, so noise from apartment above, we expected this to a certain degree in such an old building, but we had hard trance music, until 3am both nights, ruined it for us. (Did ask for them to be quieter during night but they had no care for other people on holiday)

Lots of room and an excellent location. The fellow we got the key from was very helpful and friendly.

The location

It was not as in the pictures at all The sofa bed had dirt on it and mouse feces… The oven was discussing! The bed sheets was horrible. We did not spend a night we were there for 30 minutes and left..

Charming apartment in great location

Very charming and well-appointed apartment in central location with several amenities provided, all at a very reasonable price.

Stairs up to the unit were a bit difficult to navigate with luggage and the railing at the top was unstable. There was a crack in the shower on which repair had been attempted, but I was concerned about how much water might be flowing underneath the shower enclosure. Double beds were a bit narrow, and one of the 2 fans provided did not work.

We will not recommend

Nowhere in the reservation was it mentioned that the apartment is located on two very high floors that must be accessed with all the luggage. The staircase is narrow and cramped. One of the group members suffered from altitude sickness and fainted while climbing the stairs. She went to return the key to the office (which is also not easily accessible) in order to cancel. She was told that since it was her issue and not a problem with the apartment, she would not receive a refund or credit. There was no consideration given to her medical condition, which is very disappointing.

The photos are old, the place wasn’t very clean, the pillows are very lumpy, air conditioning (was There any??), noise from restaurant bar downstairs was very loud, as were the footsteps from the people In the upstairs apartment

Poor

Good location if your on a stag do

Nothing mentioned about the bar downstairs that Played loud music till gone midnight, obviously the photos and check in videos were taken when the bar was shut because you needed to walk your bags through the tables of people to get in . No soundproof between other apartment upstairs so could hear people walking around all night. Mattress was near unbearable. Worst night sleep I’ve had in a long time

Charming and Beautiful Apartment

It was clear that it had been recently renovated – it turned out great, very charming, with beautiful and elegant décor. The location and the view were the best part. Super comfortable for four people, with a spacious bathroom. Truly a lovely stay.

There were four of us and we only had four bath towels and one hand towel. I would have liked to have a few extra towels for hair, hands, and face. The kitchen cloths had already been used — it would have been nice to have some clean ones. But that’s just a small detail, everything else was excellent.

Stunning apartment with million dollar view

By far, one of the loveliest places I've ever stayed in (I do a lot of traveling), everything in this stunning apartment is perfect, fantastic styling and very well fitted out. The views from the windows are worth the booking! It's truly a million dollar view at a budget price. As well as all that, you are very central to everything. Be aware that it's the top floor, and the staircase is narrow. It was perfectly fine for us, but probably not suitable if you have mobility issues. We would definitely stay here again 😍 The check in staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Great option with a top location and good value for your money.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Beautiful authentic house with modern touches and great window views. Key pickup at the office was smooth and quick – it’s almost on the way from the train station to the apartment, so no hassle for us.

Wi-Fi was not working and contacting support was a waste of time (though the restaurant downstairs offers free Wi-Fi). Note that it’s an open space – beds are on a different level but not separated by walls. Not recommended for travelers with large suitcases due to steep stairs.

Looks pretty at first sight, but very uncomfortable stay

Nice looking apartment at a lovely square with multiple restaurants

Picking up the key is on a 10 minute walking distance. When you arrive at the apartment, you need to climb 4 narrow stairs to get to the apartment. Furthermore there are some hygiene issues, like the bed linnen which had dirty stains in there. The beds are only 1.80m long and the pillows are very soft and feel cheap. We hardly had any sleep due to sounds of the people at the square, people having a party in the roof terrace next to us and a loud buzzing sound from one of the neighbours.

Quirky central place

Very quirky place right in the heart of the old town Very comfortable bed, with proper double bed linen (rare in europe Im normally trying to wrap in 2 singles) Well equipped, good rainfall shower with plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space to relax. Staff were responsive to issues raised and keen to resolve.

Key collection is 10min walk away and they whatsapp you all the necessary info while you're there This could easily be done remotely with a key safe. Could be an access issue for some as it's top of 3 flight narrow spiral stair with rickety handrail. The square it's over has great character lots of buskers and evening hustle. Unfortunately one of the nights it became a late night party spot with boom box going until early hours. I think people assume noone lives there.

Leek mooi, maar flinke tegenvaller

Enkel de locatie was fantastisch. Midden in het centrum, mooi uitzicht op een heel gezellig pleintje en supermooie oude gebouwen. Bij binnenkomst leek het appartement mooi, maar er waren meerdere flinke gebreken.

Het beddengoed en meerdere handdoeken waren vies met flinke vlekken (zie foto). De dekbedden roken muf, niet fris, waarbij ook de vraag was of het beddengoed gewassen was. De sleutel moest 20min lopen van het appartement worden opgehaald, wat we twee dagen van tevoren te horen kregen, niet vermeld staat in de beschrijving. De man waar we de sleutel op mochten halen, kwam onvriendelijk over "Dat heb ik al 5x gezegd mevrouw". Veel smalle en steile trappen, niet toegankelijk voor mindervaliden, stond niet vermeld in de advertentie. Niet brandveilig (stond wel brandblusser op de gang), maar als er ergens beneden brand was uitgebroken, geen (zichtbare?) mogelijkheid weg te komen. Beide verwarmingen stonden vol aan, dus was heel warm, geen gelegenheid gevonden deze uit te schakelen.

La struttura tutta in legno accogliente e calda

Non ci sono attrezzi per la pulizia (scopa pattumiera ecc.) se ti cade qualcosa a terra rimane lì per tutto il soggiorno. Le Scale per raggiungere gli appartamenti sono a chiocciola e son scarse protezioni, le valuto molto pericolose, ma tuttavia penso non ci siano altri punti di accesso.

Bel appartement sur papier mais incroyablement inconfortable.

La location et le thermostat.

Annonce une cuisine, pas de couteaux à disposition hormis un couteau à pain. 3 types de casseroles, pas de passoire. Une seule grande poêle. Un salon inconfortable sans télévision. Location interessante. Insonorisation inexistante, l’impression qu’une tribu d’éléphant habite à l’étage. L’appartement est géré par une société, personne impliqué dans sa gestion ne doit y avoir passer plus de 5 minutes depuis un moment.

Goeie ligging !

De slaapbanken zijn niet van goeie kwaliteit en niet comfortabel om op te slapen. We hebben op een matras op de grond moeten slapen. Niet zo hygiënisch. Foto’s tonen een beter verblijf dan in het echt.

Prima appartement na een nacht stappen, maar kom hier niet voor je rust.

Het appartement zag er mooi uit.

Het was heel gehorig. Onder het appartement zit een bar. Prima als daar wat geluid vandaan kwam, maar ik had het idee dat m'n bed ín de bad stond. Op de website stond dat de bar om 00:00 uur zou sluiten, maar om half 2 's nachts klonk er nog steeds harde muziek. Toen het 's ochtends vroeg eindelijk stil was hoorde ik muizen of ratten door de muren lopen. Ook was het wat smoezelig overal, het beddengoed leek niet heel schoon en de dekbedden waren heel dun.

Mooie locatie, maar erg vervelend van de onderburen

Hele mooie/fijne locatie!

De onderburen (het Spaanse restaurant) hadden van zaterdag op zondagnacht een personeelsfeestje. Opzich is dat niet erg, maar ze waren vergeten om de muziek uit te zetten. De muziek stond ontzettend hard. Je kon letterlijk ieder nummer horen. De muziek werd pas uitgezet toen een medewerker de volgende ochtend het restaurant weer kwam openen rond 9 uur. Wij hebben de hele nacht wakker gelegen. ‘s ochtends zijn we naar het restaurant gegaan om te melden dat we er veel last van hebben gehad, maar we kregen geeneens excuses aangeboden

Een mooi appartement op een perfecte locatie

Perfect locatie, lekker dichtbij het centrum. Duidelijke video’s van hoe het binnenkomen werkt en waar de sleutels opgehaald moeten worden. Heerlijke douche en fijn dat er badhanddoeken klaarlagen. Genoeg toiletpapier. Bedden lagen goed en er was veel opbergruimte.

Weinig licht. 2 afstandsbedieningen voor licht die niks deden. Redelijk gehorig gebouw. Geen warm water in de keuken. Maar 1 wijnglas.

Voldoende voor 1 nacht

Het huisje is zeer mooi ingericht. Er is voldoende ruimte voor 4 personen, voor 8 personen is het misschien aan de kleine kant.

De douche was vol met kalk. Er werd voor 2 koppels een zetelbed aangeboden, terwijl er op de foto´s een extra kamer werd getoond. Dit viel in eerste instantie een beetje tegen. Er is een vaatwas, maar die mag je niet gebruiken. Daarnaast ontbrak de koffiekan waardoor er geen koffie kon gezet worden. De zetelbedden dienden nog opgemaakt te worden en in eerste instantie ontbraken daarvan ook nog de lakens en werden achteraf gebracht door het personeel.

Nett mit Luft nach oben

Tolle Lage, toll, in einem Haus aus dem 17. Jahrhundert zu nächtigen, besonders in Antwerpen ein authentisches Lebensgefühl, gute Mischung aus alt und modern

Kamin leider durch Holzplatte abgedeckt, von dort hat sich ein Mitbewohner immer wieder gezeigt: eine Maus!!!! Nervig auch, dass im.Erdgeschoss ein Lokal ist, das bis Mitternacht laut und rücksichtslos it, besonders in einem hellhörigen Haus wie diesem eine Qual; Küchenzubehör zum Teil grindig! Die Pfanne sollte dringend erneuert werden, kein Shneidbrett und auch kein ordentliches Messer! Schlüsselübergabe auch gewöhnungsbedürftig, Mitarbeiter hatte Alkoholfahne ...

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ich war mit meinem Sohn fünf Tage bei euch und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Küche und das Badezimmer waren sehr modern und perfekt in die Altbauwohnung integriert...sehr, sehr schön! Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral und der Ausblick auf den kleinen Platz ist wunderschön! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!
