Please read my review carefully. To check in, you have to walk about 20 minutes to a separate office just to collect the keys. The staff member took a photo of my passport without my consent, which is completely unacceptable. The apartment itself is a total disaster. The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable; I could barely sleep all night. The curtains do not close properly, so there is no privacy at all. The wooden floors creak loudly when walking, and the doors make noise every time they are opened or closed. The hair dryer is useless, almost like a toy. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The apartment never warmed up, and I was cold throughout the night. Most importantly, someone staying on another floor locked the main entrance door, and I was trapped for one hour inside the building. You also have to climb four floors of steep stairs, which is very difficult and inconvenient. On top of all this, the house rules are extremely strict — almost like prison rules — and make the stay very uncomfortable. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Visitor is not allowed. I hope that it was written like in the house rules of the apartment before you book it, not that you will know it after you checked in already. I hope that there is more transparency. That’s the only thing.

Basic, but you might not be able to shower if you're more than 2

It was centrally located.

I didn't know (and isn't listed) that you have to pick up the keys somewhere else. I booked for 3 people, and there were only 2 towels... so 1 of us was not able to shower. Everything in the room was just clean enough. If you're okay with the most basic of basic, then this should do.

Nice place… but bed bugs.

The apartment is very nice and in a brilliant location in Antwerp. Check in and check out was very easy with no problems at all.

The bed must have had bed bugs because we woke up with loads and loads of bites after sleeping in the bed.

Spacious Nice bathroom Staff were informative and good communication Tea and coffee machine

No mattress sheet on one of the beds which meant we had to share a bed Lots of stairs to get up Location was not in the heart of Antwerp - the metro is outside of the apartment but not working. Would have been good if we were told this before Needs a good clean and hoover- there was lots of glitter / dust on the carpet from previous guests and an empty Prosecco bottle on the roof Sofa very uncomfortable (very springy)

The service is horrible I couldn't get in to the hous at midnight because the door was looked from inside I try to reach the people who work no body response at the end they come in morning and didn't do any thing about it his just let me in and few min come a men ask for the keys not like sorry or discount or ur money back worse experience luckly I could sleep bij my friend hous

The location is really cool to reach the old city center, just 5 minutes walk, kitchen is ok and clean, staff is good and polite

4th floor with the very tight wood stairs - its very unconvenient for the family with little kid and grandma. Its dirty inside the room, a lot of hair on the floor due to the poor cleaning and the smell inside is disgusting. I was very unhappy with this and in my certain case it would be much better to have 2 separate different double rooms in Radisson for €30 more in total. Good lesson for the future. Overall Antwerpen is very nice and aftertaste of short holidays is great.

Would recommend this place for easy access gate to all central attractions of Antwerp

Good location (quiet central). Nice view from roof top and pleasant sound of bells from nearby cathedral. Comfy beds and nice shower. Well equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay.

Je ne pense pas l'avoir vu dans l'annonce, mais il faut récupérer les clés dans un espace près de la gare.. Quand on en vient le matin et qu'on est obligé de retourner dans ce secteur, exprès, c'est assez pénible. L'isolation thermique et phonique n'est pas top top... Attention aux personnes avec grosses valises : escaliers un peu rudes...

Apartamento amplio y luminoso, con cocina bien equipada. Buena ubicación: cerca del centro y del puerto.

La recogida de llaves se hace en una oficina alejada del apartamento (a 20 minutos andando). La tasa municipal exigen cobrarla en efectivo. No hay opción de guardar el equipaje. El apartamento estaba ubicado en un 4° piso sin ascensor, con una escalera antigua y estrecha. Una de las camas dobles estaba en un altillo con escalera estrecha sin barandilla. No había televisión.

Keine Möglichkeit Kleidung unterzubringen. Keine Garderobe öder Ähnliches. Fussboden dreckig. Kein TV. Stufen im Treppenhaus sehr schmal und ausgetreten. Treppe zu den oberen Schlafplätzen ohne Geländer. Sehr gefährlich. Balkon dreckig.Aschenbecher noch voll. Dachfenster zur Straße kaum zu öffnen. Vorhänge lösen sich. Bewegungsmelder im Flur zu empfindlich eingestellt.

Sauber und gemütlich

Eine echt wunderschöne Unterkunft - sauber, gemütlich und mit schönen Blick vom Balkon. Es fällt sehr viel Tageslicht in die Unterkunft. Sie ist ganz oben gelegen in einem Altbau (steile Treppen) - aber innen komplett modernisiert. Alle Ausstattungsmerkmale waren vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber und insgesamt sehr gemütlich. Ideal für Einzelpersonen oder auch mehrere Leute. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Von der Unterkunft ist die Innenstadt schnell zu erreichen.

Der Check-In ist verhältnismäßig spät (14 Uhr) und die Schlüssel müssen an einem anderen Ort (Nähe Station Antwerpen Centraal) abgeholt werden. Beim Check-In wird man etwas überflutet mit Sachen, die man nicht darf und welche Strafen drohen. Ist aber reine Routine.

Mooi appartement, dichtbij de stad.

De ruimte, de faciliteiten alles was aanwezig, dichtbij de stad en goede ontijt mogelijkheden om de hoek. Bedden waren comfortabel.

Niet zo zeer tegen maar als ik iets mag noemen wat beter zou kunnen is dat de toeristen belasting geïncasseerd kan worden van de creditcard. In het appartement was geen tv, dat zou echt een mooie toevoeging zijn. Alsmede op de twee dakramen aan de voorzijde zouden rolgordijnen erg wenselijk zijn het is nu wel erg vroeg licht voor diegene die beneden slaapt.
