Great location, comfortable and clean. Great communication .

A few drawers to place jumpers etc would have made it even better as we had to leave most clothes in our suitcases. Wasn’t a real problem as we were only there for a couple of nights - it’s just an even better if ..

An excellent night in Antwerp

The location was fine, check in was easy, the hotel has no breakfast but there are plenty of breakfast spots nearby.

A beautifully furnished, clean and calming room in a great location in Antwerp. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. They even let me store my luggage safely in their office before check-in and after check-out as I was busy out and about. Highly recommended!

Nice room for a short stay in a great location.

The size of the room is great. Nice open and light space. Lovely that you can open up the windows for fresh air. The bed was nice and clean. The location is great! Self check in is great! Though I am always nervous punching in the doorcode (afraid of somebody seeing the numbers and able to come in).

The bathroom can be cleaner. The underside of the showersdoor is not clean (a little moldy). There are some damaged spots in the bathroom (door frame/ door knobs of the cabinet) which makes it look less clean. There was almost not handsoap. I missed the tv in the room.

Great location, would come again.

Tobias is a very good Manager and reacts fast. The Building is in a very good Location and you can reach most attaractions within walking distance. I like how the building was renovated and is beeing kept in a very good shape. Modern design.

At night it is quite loud when you keep the windows open but it is a central location so you have to count with that.

Centrally located in Antwerp, spacious and quiet!

Location is very central, but in a very quiet street and you can walk anywhere from there. Room was spacious, clean and full of light (I counted 5 windows!). On a rainy day, the host even offered to take his umbrella from his office, a very kind gesture. I'll be back!

Top class, clean, great value.

Beautiful large sunlit studio with good firm beds, crystal clean bathroom, and smart, friendly, English speaking host Tobias who immediately responded to my question. Highly recommend this terrific property that is a five minute walk to the center.

Great location, good experience.

Overall good experience, good location close to the city center. The host provided the baby crib as requested. The only thing is the place has bad sound isolation, I could hear people coming in and out and their doors, it didn’t really bothered me and my family though.

The room enhanced our stay vs taking away from it as we knew we had a pleasant place to rest in between sightseeing.

Location was great. It was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing at a reasonable price.

I would add an extra sleep pillow per person, one with a smaller size, and take away a couple decorative pillows

Great stay close to the center

The property was on a great, quiet location, only a few minutes walk to the Grote Markt. The appartement was really clean and modern, the shower was great and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend this stay.

A mini fridge would be a good addition so we could put our water and sodas cold but besides that there wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Superb place for a short city trip.

Excellent place to stay. Few minutes to the grand market and great buildings close by (Het Steen fortress and Cathedral). City center and shopping area at nice walking distance. Place was very nicely furnished with all amenities in house.

Cozy and well located flat in Antwerp

Even though it's a single room, the room has a really good size and good infrastructure. The beds are super comfortable and the way in/out is fully automated, making check in/out super easy. The location is super nice, quiet, close by to different restaurants and gezellig. Very nice option for the price, fits 2 couples well if you don't mind sharing the room.

The toilet has no faucet making it a bit annoying when having multiple ppl in the room, specially if someone is in the shower or so. Also, the bathroom has no lock. But those are small details, the overall experience was great.

Superb

the location of the studio is very close to the center. It is easy to reach and there is a parking nearby. The ceiling is high and there are 4 big windows so it feels spacious and light. The lamps were a little tricky to turn on (because they have a dimming function) but once I understood how they worked it was supper nice to be able to regulate the light :) It is also unlocked with a code so you dont have to worry to not lose a key

Overall our experience was nice but the walls are quite thin. At one of the nights there were a few girls in the same building that were having a party. They kept us awake up to maybe 1am.

Excellent stay for work and leisure: quiet, comfy, and refreshingly cool in summer!

This stay hit all the important spots for me! I had to prepare for a big work presentation so I needed a quiet place with a comfy bed and AC for the unpredictable heat waves in Europe. This property did not disappoint. I have never slept so deeply the night before a presentation. My room was overlooking the courtyard so there was zero noise, the bed was big and super comfortable, and the AC (which is also quiet on the low setting) finally let me sleep! When my boyfriend joined for the weekend, we really appreciated the cool and quiet.

One last clean sweep could have been done before my arrival but nothing too serious.

Great apartment!

The location is perfect for visiting Christmas Markets, yet so quiet. The room had a nice view, and it provides very comfortable bed and chairs. Entrance to the building and the room is by the given code, and it makes everything easier. Above all, Mr. Tobias is very reliable and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Outstanding room in a perfect location and friendly, helpful owner.

We found the property very easily found, just off the main road that runs parallel with the river. Tobias was a perfect host. Very friendly and very helpful. The location was better than expected, literally across the road from the big Christmas market by the river 100 meters away. Just a 2 minute walk and you are in the main square and the magnificent architecture just took your breathe away. Absolutely magical place with some of the best detailed ancient buildings I have ever seen.

The car park is easy to find, but cost us 26 Euros for over night parking. The room we stayed in was very large and perfect, but no TV, but that wifi was good.
